dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación presenta como objetivo: Describir la lealtad del cliente
en el gimnasio Arnold Gym de la ciudad de Quillabamba, Provincia de La Convención – 2020,
trabajo que consideró como población de estudio a los clientes del gimnasio, teniendo como
muestra a 48 unidades, fue un estudio de tipo básico, alcance descriptivo, el enfoque fue
cuantitativo y el diseño no experimental-transversal, se elaboró un cuestionario con 32
reactivos que ayudaron a recoger la información sobre la lealtad, dicho instrumento fue
sometido al índice de fiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach obteniendo un valor de 0.959, los resultados
a los que se llegaron son: Los clientes en el gimnasio Arnold Gym de la ciudad de Quillabamba,
manifestaron que la lealtad se encuentra a un nivel regular con un promedio de 3.40, resultado
que muestra que la mayoría de los clientes muestra agrado al ser clientes del gimnasio, pues no
solo van por hacer ejercicios sino porque allí se sienten bien y a gusto ya sea por la compañía
de los demás clientes, los entrenadores, el ambiente entre otros aspectos que son de agrado de
los clientes, manifestando que si recomendarían los servicios del gimnasio entre sus amigos y
familiares y que a pesar de las circunstancias si seguirían siendo clientes del gimnasio, en
cuanto a la lealtad cognitiva esta se presenta a un nivel regular con un promedio de 3.40; la
lealtad afectiva esta se presenta a un nivel regular con un promedio de 3.32; la lealtad conativa,
se presenta a un nivel alto y finalmente, la lealtad acción se presenta a un nivel regular con un
promedio de 3.37. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present research work presents as an objective: To describe the loyalty of the client in
the Arnold Gym gymnasium in the city of Quillabamba, Province of La Convencion - 2020, a
study that considered the gym clients as a study population, having as a sample 48 units, it was
a study of a basic type, descriptive scope, the approach was quantitative and the nonexperimental-cross-sectional
design,
a
questionnaire

to
collect

on

was

is presented at a regular level with an average of 3.40; affective loyalty is presented at a regular
level with an average of 3.32; conative loyalty is presented at a high level and finally, action
