Relación de inteligencia emocional y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Financiera Confianza de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado, 2019

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación sobre Inteligencia Emocional y Satisfacción Laboral de los trabajadores de la Financiera Confianza de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado, con el objetivo de determinar la relación existente con la variable de estudio Inteligencia Emocional y el Desempeño Laboral en los trabajadores de la Financiera Confianza, se desarrolló la investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel de investigación fue correlacional entre dos variables, la poblacion en el presente estudio fue de 15 trabajadores de la entidad Financiera Confianza, considerando la muestra no probabilistico, la fiabilidad del instrumento fue Alfa de Cronbach para los ítems del cuestionario de la variable inteligencia emocional se obtuvo el valor de 0,914, el cual está dentro de los valores de nivel excelente de confiabilidad, y el Alfa de Cronbach para los ítems del cuestionario de la variable Desempeño Laboral se obtuvo el valor de 0,863, el cual también se encuentra dentro de los valores de nivel excelente de confiabilidad, obteniendo como resultado en análisis inferencial del valor de significancia (valor critico observado) 0,000<0.5 rechazamos la hipotesis nula y aceptamos la hipotesis alternativa, es decir que la Inteligencia Emocional se relaciona significativamente con el Desempeño Laboral en los trabajadores de la Financiera Confianza de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado.
