Cadena de valor en la cooperativa agraria cafetalera Maranura Ldta. Nº 129, Quillabamba - La Convención, 2017.

Abstract

La presente investigación pretende describir las actividades primarias de la cadena de valor de la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Maranura Ltda. N° 129 de la provincia de la Convención – Quillabamba, para ello describiremos, cómo es la cadena de valor y sus actividades en diferentes áreas como son logística interna, operaciones, logística externa, marketing y ventas y servicios, con el fin de conocer la operacionalización, identificar la variable, las dimensiones y los indicadores. La investigación fue de tipo básica; el nivel de investigación, descriptivo con diseño no experimental, y la población en estudio fueron los trabajadores de la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Maranura Ltda N°129. Consecuentemente todo ello para aplicar la herramienta de estudio que nos permitirá recoger información primaria, estableciéndose que la muestra será de 30 trabajadores. Para el procesamiento de los datos obtenidos de fuentes primarias, se usó el programa de SPSS, y para su mejor entendimiento de los datos obtenidos se muestran tablas y gráficos con sus respectivas interpretaciones. Se observa que las dimensiones dan a conocer la Cadena de valor en la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Maranura Ltda. N° 129, encontrándose regularmente adecuado, con un promedio de 3.25 respecto a la Logística externa, seguido por el 3.23 respecto a Marketing y ventas, 3.18 respecto a servicios, 3-09 respecto a Operaciones y de 3.08 respecto a Logística Interna.

The investigation belongs to guy basic, the fact-finding level is descriptive patterned non experimental and the population under consideration are the workers of the cooperative Agraria Cafetalera Maranura N 129 Ltda. Logically it all to apply the tool of study that will allow us to collect primary data, becoming established that the sample will be of 30 workers. For the processing of the data obtained of primary sources, it has used the program of SPSS itself, and for his better understanding of the obtained data they give the appearance of being tie and graphics with your respective interpretations. One observes that in the dimensions considered to know the valuable Chain in the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Maranura Ltda. N 129 finds itself regularly adequate in everyone, with an average of 3,25 in relation to the external Logistics, frequently for the 3,23 in relation to Marketing and sales, 3,18 in relation to services, 3-09 in relation to Operations and of 3,08 in relation to In-Store Logistica.
