Empowerment y la toma de decisiones en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito San Pedro de Andahuaylas Agencia Cusco 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó al personal de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Pedro de Andahuaylas Agencia Cusco, es un estudio motivado en poder determinar el grado de influencia del empowerment en la toma de decisiones y del análisis de las dimensiones de ambas variables. El tipo de investigación que se realizó es básico, el alcance es descriptivo correlacional y el diseño no experimental, tomando como población de estudio a las veinticuatro personas que laboran en la Cooperativa, de los cuales se recopiló la información a través de la aplicación de una encuesta elaborado específicamente para el trabajo de investigación, los resultados fueron procesados por el software estadísticos Excel y SPSS. Se determinó que el 33.3% del personal encuestado en cuanto al empowerment en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Pedro de Andahuaylas Agencia Cusco presenta un nivel regular, el 37.5% del personal indicó que el nivel es malo, en cuanto a la variable toma de decisiones se determinó que el 25.0% del personal encuestado manifestó un nivel malo y el 41.7% indicó que el nivel es regular. En consecuencia, al 95% de confiabilidad mediante el estadístico Chi cuadrado X2= 8.93 se puede afirmar que el empowerment se relaciona con la toma de decisiones en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San pedro de Andahuaylas Agencia Cusco, donde el grado de relación determinado mediante la correlación de Pearson es r = 0.63 es decir de 63%; la misma que se puede considerar como una correlación positiva moderada.

The current research work has been applied to the staff of the Credit Union San Pedro de Andahuaylas Cusco Agency; the aim is to determine the degree of influence of the empowerment on the decision-making process and the analysis of the dimensions of both variables. The sort of research that was performed is basic, the scope is descriptive correlational and the non-experimental design, taking as a study population the twenty-four people who work in the Cooperative, from which information was collected through the application of a survey, specifically prepared for the research work. The statistical software Excel and SPSS processed the results. The results were that 33.3% of the staff of the Credit Union San Pedro de Andahuaylas Cusco Agency surveyed indicated that the empowerment has a regular level, 37.5% of the staff indicated that the level is bad. About the decisionmaking variable, the results were that 25.0% of the staff surveyed showed that the variable has a bad level and 41.7% indicated that the level is regular. Consequently, at 95% confidence level using the Chi square statistic X2 = 8.93, one can affirm that empowerment is related to decision-making in the San Pedro de Andahuaylas Cooperative of Cusco, where the degree of relationship determined through The Pearson correlation is r = 0.63 i.e. 63%: which can be considered as a moderate positive correlation.
