La renta vitalicia como resultado de la responsabilidad civil extracontractual (accidentes de tránsito)

Abstract

La presente tesis “LA RENTA VITALICIA COMO RESULTADO DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL EXTRACONTRACTUAL (ACCIDENTES DE TRÁNSITO)” tuvo por finalidad establecer la renta vitalicia como resultado de la responsabilidad civil extracontractual. En primer capítulo se detallan los problemas y objetivos de investigación, asi mismo se hace referencia a los aspectos metodológicos del estudio de nuestra investigación En el segundo capítulo se abordó trabajos que antecedente a esta investigación y se sentó las bases teóricas para la investigación. El tercer capítulo hace referencia al método de la investigación, su diseño, las técnicas utilizadas para la realización y el plan de análisis de datos. En el Cuarto capítulo, se realizó el desarrollo temático, donde se desarrolló todo lo concerniente a las instituciones jurídicas de la renta vitalicia y la responsabilidad civil extracontractual, analizando cada objetivo en base a la doctrina y jurisprudencia relevante. Finalmente, el quinto capítulo está dirigido a presentar los resultados de nuestro trabajo no sin antes realizar el respectivo análisis y discusión del tema planteado y las razones que nos llevan a sustentar nuestras conclusiones.

The purpose of this thesis "LIFE INCOME AS A RESULT OF CIVIL LIABILITY (TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS)" was to establish life annuity as a result of civil liability in tort. The first chapter details the problems and research objectives, as well as the methodological aspects of the study of our research. The second chapter deals with the works that preceded this research and laid the theoretical foundations for the research. The third chapter refers to the research method, its design, the techniques used for its realization and the data analysis plan. In the fourth chapter, the thematic development was carried out, where everything concerning the legal institutions of annuity and tort liability was developed, analyzing each objective based on the relevant doctrine and jurisprudence. Finally, the fifth chapter is directed to present the results of our work, not without first carrying out the respective analysis and discussion of the issue raised and the reasons that lead us to support our conclusions.
