dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la gestión logística del Programa de
vaso de leche desde la propuesta del MIDIS en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Jerónimo
– 2023. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, diseño no
experimental, la población fue conformada por 22 comités del vaso de leche siendo total
66 miembros, la técnica de recolección de datos es la encuesta y el instrumento el
cuestionario. Llegando a concluir que: La selección de beneficiarios en 39.4% es regular
porque no siempre se solicita una acreditación documentaria. La programación es regular
en un 37.9% porque no siempre verifican los datos de los beneficiarios, así como no
siempre cumplen con el cronograma donde están las fechas y las zonas a ser
empadronadas. La distribución es regular en 42.4% lo que indica que a veces la
planificación para distribuir los productos no siempre se cumple. La supervisión es buena
en 40.9% lo que implica que, si se efectúa una supervisión de entrega y consumo de las
raciones a los beneficiarios. La evaluación es regular en 43.9% porque a veces se hacen
evaluaciones a los líderes del vaso de leche y porque solo a veces existen espacios de
análisis y medición del cumplimiento del propósito y fines del programa. La gestión
logística es regular según el 81.8% porque dimensiones como la selección, programación,
distribución, evaluación y supervisión se encuentra en un nivel regular según los
beneficiarios del programa vaso de leche. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to describe the logistical management of the Glass of
Milk Program from the MIDIS proposal in the District Municipality of San Jerónimo -
2023. The methodology was quantitative approach, descriptive scope, non-experimental
design, the population was made up of 22 glass of milk committees with a total of 66
members, the data collection technique is the survey and the instrument is the
questionnaire. Concluding that: The selection of beneficiaries in 39.4% is regular because
documentary accreditation is not always requested. This occurs as well as an
overpopulation of beneficiaries. The programming is 37.9% regular because they do not
always verify the data of the beneficiaries, as well as they do not always comply with the
schedule where the dates and areas to be registered. The distribution is regular at 42.4%,
which indicates that sometimes the planning to distribute the products is not always
fulfilled. Supervision is good at 40.9%, which implies that supervision of delivery and
consumption of rations to beneficiaries. The evaluation is regular at 43.9% because
evaluations are sometimes made to the leaders of the glass of milk and because there are
only sometimes spaces for analysis and measurement of compliance with the purpose and
