dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo por objetivo principal determinar el nivel de influencia del mobbing y el engagement con la cultura organizacional en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Santiago, 2023. La investigación tiene un alcance correlacional y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 271 trabajadores de ambos géneros y de modalidad de contrato 276, modalidad de contrato 728 y la modalidad de contrato CAS. Los instrumentos de evaluación empleados fueron el Inventory of Psychological Terrorization (LIPT-60) para medir Mobbing, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale – 17 UWES-17 para evaluar Engagement y Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) para medir Cultura Organizacional. Los resultados indican que entre las variables Mobbing y Cultura Organizacional no existe correlación, mientras que entre las variables Engagement y Cultura Organizacional si existe correlación, no obstante, es una correlación no significativa por su nivel bajo.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research was to determine the level of influence of mobbing and engagement with the organizational culture in the workers of the District Municipality of Santiago, 2023. The research has a correlational scope and nonexperimental cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 271 workers of both genders and work regime 276, work regime 728 and work regime CAS. The evaluation instruments used were Inventory of Psychological Terrorization (LIPT-60) to measure Mobbing, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale - 17 (UWES-17) to measure Engagement and Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) to measure Organizational Culture. The results indicate that there is no correlation between the Mobbing and Organizational Culture variables, while there is a correlation between the Engagement and Organizational Culture variables, however, it is a non-significant correlation due to its low level.
