Habilidades gerenciales en la Empresa de Transportes Huareño S.C.R.L. Cusco - 2016.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se investigó las Habilidades Gerenciales dentro de la empresa de transportes Huareño S.C.R.L. de la ciudad de Cusco, para lograr este objetivo se tuvo como población de estudio a los 20 trabajadores de dicha empresa quienes fueron encuestados; Así como a la junta general de accionistas comprendida por 5 socios mediante una entrevista semi-estructurada; El objetivo general de la investigación fue conocer como son las habilidades gerenciales en la empresa de transportes Huareño Cusco 2016, el nivel de estudio es descriptivo, el tipo de investigación es básico, con un diseño no experimental, la técnica de investigación fue aplicada a los trabajadores administrativos, y los resultados fueron procesados en el sistema estadístico SPSS. La encuesta aplicada a los trabajadores demuestra que el 50% manifiesta, que las habilidades técnicas de la gerencia son regulares, el 40% considera que las habilidades humanas son deficientes; El 60% piensa que las habilidades de conceptualización son malas y el 80% que las habilidades de diseño son deficientes.

In the present work of investigated Managerial Skills within the transport company Huareño S.C.R.L. Of the city of Cusco, to reach this objective was had as study population to the 20 workers of that company who were surveyed; As well as the general meeting of shareholders comprised by 5 partners through a semi-structured interview; The general objective of the research is to know the management skills in the Huareño Cusco 2016 transport company, the level of study is descriptive, the type of research is basic, with a non-experimental design, the research technique was applied to the Administrative workers, and the results were processed in the SPSS statistical system.

The survey applied to workers shows that 50% state that the technical skills of management are regular, 40% consider that human skills are deficient; 60% think that the ability to conceptualize is poor and 80% that the design skill is poor.
