| es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this research is to contrast the "in vitro" tensile strength of the fifth
and seventh generation adhesive systems, in dental pieces of people, Cusco 2022. An in
vitro experimental study was carried out, using a mechanism of CBR experiments digital,
by means of 30 premolars divided into three sets of ten pieces each, the first group called
A where the fifth generation adhesive called ADPER SINGLE BOND 2 is used, in which
the adhesion was carried out on the enamel and dentin; the next group called B where the
seventh generation adhesive called SINGLE BOND UNIVERSAL SCOTCHBOND is
used, in which the adhesion test on enamel and dentin was performed; the next group called
Group C, where the seventh generation adhesive called SINGLE BOND UNIVERSAL
SCOTCHBOND is used, with orthophosphoric acid etching prior to 37% concentration.
The tensile strength was analyzed with the application of the force of the digital CBR
mechanism, with 0.5 mm/min. of speed. Getting results in the kilo newton unit that was
later converted to Newtons.
The in vitro tensile adhesive strength between the fifth generation, seventh generation
without acid etching and previous seventh generation 37% orthophosphoric acid etched
adhesive systems in human premolars in enamel and dentin, showed a higher stress-traction
of the seventh grade adhesive. previous generation enamel acid etching in relation to the
fifth generation and seventh generation without acid etching.
With respect to dentin, a greater stress-traction of the previous seventh-generation acid-
etched adhesive in dentin was evidenced in relation to the seventh-generation adhesive
without acid-etching and fifth-generation adhesive. | en_US |
