dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Justicia organizacional y engagement en los
colaboradores de la Unidad de Protección Especial de la Dirección general de niños, niñas y
adolescentes, Cusco 2021” tuvo como principal objetivo el determinar la relación entre la justicia
organizacional y el engagement en la institución mencionada. El enfoque de la investigación es
cuantitativo, tiene diseño no experimental y alcance correlacional; se consideró como población y
muestra a 39 colaboradores de la Unidad de Protección Especial a quienes se aplicó un cuestionario
conformado por 37 items como instrumento para la recolección de datos. Del análisis estadístico
descriptivo se obtuvieron resultados que permiten evidenciar el nivel medio de Justicia
organizacional (3.74) y el nivel muy bueno de Engagement (5.00). A nivel inferencial, la prueba
de correlación indica que existe relación positiva alta entre Justicia organizacional y Engagement
de 84.8 % (p = 0.000 < 0.05). En base a los resultados, se concluye que existe una relación positiva
alta entre la variable independiente y la variable dependiente, demostrando que la realidad de la
investigación es diferente a la realidad evidenciada; puesto que los resultados de justicia
organizacional y engagement con valores medio y muy bueno respectivamente demuestran que la
Unidad de Protección Especial tiene un manejo eficiente de los servicios que presta; por tanto, los
colaboradores perciben como justos los procedimientos en efecto presentan motivación y
compromiso para efectuar sus labores. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | This research paper denominated "Organizational justice and engagement at the collaborators of
the Special Protection Unit of the General Directorate of Children and Adolescents, Cusco 2021"
had as its main objective to determine the relationship between organizational justice and
engagement at the aforementioned institution. The research approach is quantitative, it has a nonexperimental
design
and
a
correlational
scope;
it
was
considered
as
a
population
and
sample

of
the
Special
Protection
Unit
to
whom
a

made

of

and
it
was
applied
as
an

for
data
collection.
From
the
descriptive

analysis,

were
obtained
that
show

Engagement

test
indicates
that
there
is
a
high

relationship
between
Organizational
Justice
and
Engagement
