dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación “Comportamiento organizacional en la Municipalidad
Distrital de Coya, Provincia de Calca, departamento de Cusco – 2022”, tiene como
objetivo principal determinar el comportamiento organizacional en la Municipalidad
Distrital de Coya, provincia de Calca, departamento de Cusco – 2022. Se desarrolló bajo
los lineamientos de la metodología de alcance descriptiva, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de
nivel aplicada, de diseño no experimental, se tuvo como población muestral a los 70
trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Coya, provincia de Calca, departamento de
Cusco, se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario. Se
llega a la conclusión que el 41.3% es de manera regular, según a las dimensiones, se indica
que la dimensión desempeño laboral es calificado como regular con un 44.9%, la
dimensión compromiso es calificado como regular con un 43.3%, la dimensión fidelidad
es calificado como regular con un 41.4%, la dimensión satisfacción laboral es calificado
como regular con un 42.1% y finalmente la dimensión ciudadanía organizacional es
calificado como regular con un 34.8%. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present investigation "Organizational behavior in the District Municipality of
Coya, Province of Calca, department of Cusco - 2022", has as its main objective to
determine the organizational behavior in the District Municipality of Coya, province of
Calca, department of Cusco - 2022. It was developed under the guidelines of the
descriptive scope methodology, with a quantitative, basic level, non-experimental design
approach, the sample population was the 70 workers of the District Municipality of Coya,
province of Calca, department of Cusco, the survey technique was applied and the
instrument used was the questionnaire. It is concluded that 41.3% is regular, according to
the dimensions, it is indicated that the labor performance dimension is qualified as regular
with 44.9%, the commitment dimension is qualified as regular with 43, 3%, the loyalty
dimension is rated as regular with 41.4%, the job satisfaction dimension is rated as regular
with 42.1% and finally the organizational citizenship dimension is rated as regular with
