Organización y desempeño laboral en el personal administrativo de la Municipalidad Distrital de Quellouno, provincia de La Convención, 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación que existe entre la organización y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de la Municipalidad distrital de Quellouno, provincia de La Convención, 2019, para lo cual se analizó el subsistema técnico y social de la organización y la capacidad, oportunidad y disposición del desempeño laboral, fue una investigación de tipo básica, alcance descriptivo – correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal, se tuvo como población a las 300 personas que laboran en el área administrativa de la Municipalidad, obteniendo una muestra de 59 unidades de estudio, quienes fueron encuestados a través de un cuestionario de 28 ítems validados mediante el índice de consistencia interna Alfa de Cronbach, llegando a los siguientes conclusiones: En la Municipalidad Distrital de Quellouno, se puede afirmar que al 95% de confiabilidad existe relación entre la organización y el desempeño laboral, donde Pvalor = 0.001 < 0.05, mostrando que existe suficiente evidencia estadística para aceptar la hipótesis; el valor de la correlación Rho de Sperman = 0.950, la misma que de acuerdo a la escala de valores se encuentra en el rango de 0,90 a 0,99, la cual se puede considerar como una correlación positiva muy alta, lo que indica que mientras mejor sea la organización, mejor será el desempeño laboral.

The present research work had as general objective: To determine the relationship that exists between the organization and the work performance of the administrative staff of the District Municipality of Quellouno, province of la Convención, 2019, for which the technical and social subsystem of The organization and the capacity, opportunity and disposition of work performance, was a basic type investigation, descriptive-correlational scope, quantitative approach and non-experimental cross-sectional design, the population was 300 people who work in the administrative area of the Municipality, obtaining a sample of 59 study units, who were surveyed through a questionnaire of 28 items validated by the Cronbach Alpha internal consistency index, reaching the following conclusions: In the District Municipality of Quellouno, it can be stated that at 95% reliability there is a relationship between the organization and performance working year, where Pvalue = 0.001 <0.05, showing that there is enough statistical evidence to accept the hypothesis; the value of the Sperman Rho correlation = 0.950, the same that according to the scale of values is in the range of 0.90 to 0.99, which can be considered as a very high positive correlation, which indicates that the better the organization, the better the job performance.
