Influencia del factor centrifuga relativo (fcr) en la obtención de fibrina rica en plaquetas (prf) y agregados leucocitarios en pacientes del Centro de Salud Policlínico San Sebastián – Essalud. Cusco – 2019

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los resultados obtenidos de las centrifugas relativas (FCR) en la obtención de fibrina rico en plaquetas (PRF) y agregados leucocitarios en pacientes del centro de salud policlínico. En cuanto a la metodología de la investigación se desarrolló por intermedio de un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, de alcance descriptivo y con un diseño experimental de corte transversal; por otro lado, para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica recolección de datos de prueba de laboratorios de 40 muestras obtenidas de 20 pacientes, siendo el muestreo no probabilístico. En efecto se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: se observó las medidas de tendencia central y de dispersión del peso obtenido de la fibrina rica en plaquetas según el factor centrifugo relativo utilizando la centrifuga 1 con radio de 60 mm de rotor (490g), la media del peso fue de 2.985 +/- 4.93, la mediana fue de 1.416, mientras tanto el peso mínimo fue de 0.9596 y el máximo fue de 17.9203. Por otro lado, para el factor centrifugo relativo utilizando la centrifuga 2 con radio de 140 mm de rotor (1143g), se tuvo que, la media del peso fue de 7.647 +/- 7.89, la mediana fue de 1.8394, de la misma forma el peso mínimo fue de 0.8445 y el máximo fue de 17.5536. por consiguiente, se llegó a la conclusión no existe diferencias entre los pesos de fibrinas ricas en plaquetas por factor centrifuga, mientras tanto para el numero de leucocitos, se encontró mayor cantidad de leucocitos generados por la centrifuga con radio de 60 mm de rotor.

The objective of the research was to analyze the results obtained from the relative centrifuges (FCR) in obtaining platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and leukocyte aggregates in patients of the polyclinic health center. Regarding the research methodology, it was developed through a quantitative approach, of an applied type, with a descriptive scope and with a cross-sectional experimental design; On the other hand, for data collection, the laboratory test data collection technique of 40 samples obtained from patients was used, with non-probabilistic sampling. In effect, the following results were obtained: the measures of central tendency and dispersion of the weight obtained from the platelet-rich fibrin were observed according to the relative centrifugal factor using the centrifuge 1 with a 60 mm rotor radius (490g), the average weight was 2.985 +/- 4.93, the median was 1.416, while the minimum weight was 0.9596 and the maximum was 17.9203. On the other hand, for the relative centrifugal factor using the centrifuge 2 with a 140 mm rotor radius (1143g), the mean weight was 7.647 +/- 7.89, the median was 1.8394, in the same way the minimum weight was 0.8445 and the maximum was 17.5536. therefore, it was concluded that there are no differences between the weights of platelet-rich fibrins by centrifugal factor, meanwhile for the number of leukocytes.
