Diseño de un plan logístico de entrada para la empresa cerámicas Kantu- año 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación intitulada "DISEÑO DE UN PLAN LOGÍSTICO DE ENTRADA PARA LA EMPRESA CERÁMICAS KANTU- AÑO 2019”, la cual tiene el objetivo general Diseñar un plan logístico de entrada para la empresa Cerámicas Kantu - 2019. En cuanto a la metodología, se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo, en el cual se analiza los factores de: gestión de compras, transporte e inventarios; la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y el instrumento0de0cuestionario aplicando la escala de Likert, para reforzar los resultados se realizó una entrevista a los miembros del área Logística de0la empresa. Se aplicó un diseño no experimental – transaccional en el cual participaron todo el personal del área de Logística. En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos en el estudio se pudo identificar mejoras dentro de los procesos actuales además se brindaron pasos para la aplicación de las mejoras.

The present investigation entitled "DESIGN OF AN ENTRY LOGISTICS PLAN FOR CERÁMICAS KANTU COMPANY- YEAR 2019", which has the general objective of Designing an entry logistics plan for the company Cerámicas kantu - 2019. Regarding the methodology, it was used the quantitative approach of descriptive level, in which the factors of: purchase management, transport and inventories are analyzed; the0technique0that0was0used0was0the survey and the questionnaire instrument applying the Linkert scale, to reinforce the results a interview to the members of the Logistics area of the company. A non-experimental - transactional design was applied in which all the personnel0of0the0Logistics area participated. As for the results0obtained in the study, improvements could be identified within the current processes in addition to steps were provided for the implementation of the improvements.
