Validación y aplicación de un cuestionario para medir el nivel de conocimiento sobre bioseguridad frente al Sars-Cov-2 en cirujanos dentistas de la ciudad del Cusco 2021

Abstract

Objetivo: El objetivo_del_presente trabajo fue_analizar la validación y aplicación de un cuestionario_para medir_el nivel de conocimiento sobre_bioseguridad frente al SARS- CoV-2 en cirujanos_dentistas de la ciudad del Cusco, 2021. Material y_métodos: El presente trabajo_de_investigación_es_de un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño corresponde_a los no_experiméntales, transversal y descriptivo, la población estuvo constituida por_cirujanos dentistas de la ciudad_del Cusco la muestra fue de 275 para_lo cual se_aplicó la fórmula_para muestras finitas, la selección_se realizó por muestreo_aleatorio simple, la_técnica utilizada fue_la encuesta y_el instrumento fue el_cuestionario_el_procedimiento_para su_validación fue la_selección de expertos mediante el coeficiente de competencia, _validación de contenido mediante el índice de validez de contenido, la validación de constructo_mediante el coeficiente de Kappa de Fleiss, la confiabilidad mediante el test –re test y la consistencia_interna mediante el KR- 20 y mitades paralelas una vez validada el cuestionario fue aplicada en la muestra se trabajó a un nivel de confianza del 95%. Resultados: El instrumento_tuvo una buena validez y confiabilidad en el tiempo r=0.710 al aplicar el instrumento el nivel de conocimiento_sobre bioseguridad frente al SARS- COV-2 en cirujanos dentistas fue regular (88.0%). Conclusiones: La validación y aplicación del cuestionario con el que se midió el nivel de conocimiento sobre_bioseguridad frente al SARS-CoV-2 en cirujanos_dentistas fue válido y_confiable; el nivel de conocimiento fue regular de los cirujanos dentistas

Objective: The objective of this research work was to analyze the validation and application of a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge about biosafety against SARS-CoV-2 in dental surgeons in the city of Cusco, 2021. Material and methods: The present research work is of a quantitative approach, design corresponds to non-experimental, transversal and descriptive, the population was constituted by dental surgeons from the city of Cusco, the sample was 275 for which the formula was applied for finite samples, the selection was made by simple random sampling, the technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, the procedure for its validation was the selection of experts through the competence coefficient, content validation through the validity index of content, construct validation through Fleiss's Kappa coefficient, reliability through the test-re test and internal consistency through the KR-20 and parallel halves once the questionnaire was validated it was applied in the sample we worked at a level of 95% confidence. Results: The instrument had good validity and reliability over time r=0.710 when applying the instrument, the level of knowledge about biosafety against SARS-COV-2 in dental surgeons was regular (88.0%). Conclusions: The validation and application of the questionnaire with which the level of knowledge about biosafety against SARS-CoV-2 in dental surgeons was measured was valid and reliable; the level of knowledge was regular of the dental surgeons.
