dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación ha sido desarrollada en la empresa prestadora de servicios
SedaCusco sociedad anónima y tuvo como principal objetivo el describir la satisfacción del cliente
durante la pandemia por Covid-19 en dicha empresa. Considerando que la satisfacción que percibe
un cliente puede variar de acuerdo al tipo de servicio o producto que ofrece una empresa o la
situación en la que se encuentra esta. Dicha investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, con un
diseño de la investigación no experimental es decir que se realizó sin la manipulación deliberada
de la variable, asimismo tiene un alcance descriptivo. La recolección de datos se realizó con la
población de 88714, que representa a cada instalación de medidor de agua en cinco distritos y una
provincia de Cusco las cuales son; el distrito de Cusco, Santiago, Wánchaq, San Sebastián, San
Jerónimo; con una muestra de 380 personas a quienes se les aplico un cuestionario de 32 preguntas.
Los resultados alcanzados en la investigación mostraron que la empresa, no tiene a sus clientes
satisfechos en los ámbitos de tiempo medio de espera, reclamaciones y cumplimiento plazos de
entrega, sin embargo, en relación a defectos en el servicio, los resultados muestran a un cliente
medianamente satisfecho, sobre todo con el cumplimiento de la empresa en la continuidad del
servicio durante esta emergencia sanitaria mundial. En ese contexto las conclusiones a las que se
arribaron son principalmente el manifiesto de insatisfacción de los clientes con relación al tiempo
de espera para la atención y respuesta vía telefónica, online y en ocasiones de atención física; las
reclamaciones del mismo modo, han manifestado el descontento de muchos. Además de la
afectación de la cuarentena estricta por el incremento de contagios de COVID, en el cumplimiento
de plazos de atenciones y desatención de reclamos, sin embargo, muchos de los clientes
reconocieron la ardua labor de la continuidad del servicio durante esta emergencia sanitaria. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | This research has been developed in the service provider company SedaCusco limited
company and its main objective is to describe customer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic
in that company. Considering that the satisfaction perceived by a customer may vary according to
the type of service or product offered by a company or the situation in which the company finds
itself. The methodology used was of a quantitative approach, with a design of the non experimental
research that is to say that it was carried out without the deliberate manipulation of the variable, it
was also of descriptive scope. The data collection was carried out with a population of 88714,
representing each water meter installation in five districts and one province of Cusco, which are:
the district of Cusco, Santiago, Wánchaq, San Sebastián, San Jerónimo; with a sample of 380
people to whom a questionnaire of 32 questions. According to the results of the research, the
company does not achieve customer satisfaction in the areas of average waiting time, complaints
and compliance with delivery times; however, in relation to defects in service, the results show a
moderately satisfied customer, especially with the company's compliance in the continuity of
service during this global health emergency. In this context, the conclusions reached are mainly
the manifest dissatisfaction of customers in relation to the waiting time for attention and response
both via telephone, online and the occasions of physical attention; the claims in the same way,
have expressed the dissatisfaction of many. In addition to the effect of the strict quarantine that we
suffered due to the increase of COVID infections, in the compliance of attention deadlines and
disregard of claims, but, nevertheless, many of the clients recognized the hard work of the
