El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “Calidad de Vida Laboral de los Conductores en
las Empresas Socias de la Asociación de Transporte Turístico Cusco (ATTC) en la Ciudad del
Cusco - 2020” se desarrolló con el objetivo de describir cómo es la calidad de vida laboral de
los conductores en las empresas socias de la Asociación de Transporte Turístico Cusco (ATTC)
en la ciudad del Cusco – 2020. El tipo de investigación es básico, de alcance descriptivo, de
enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental transversal, la técnica utilizada para el recojo de
información de la presente investigación fue la encuesta y el instrumento empleado fue el
cuestionario, la población fue de 192 conductores que trabajan en las empresas de transporte y
la muestra que se tomo fue 129 conductores. Los resultados de la investigación reflejan que la
dimensión condiciones objetivas que obtuvo un promedio de 3.02 se considera como regular,
seguido por la dimensión condiciones subjetivas con un promedio de 2.57 se considera como
malo. Finalmente se obtuvo un promedio general de 2.79 en la variable Calidad de vida Laboral
considerándose como regular según la baremación aplicada. The present research entitled: “Quality of Labor Life of Drivers in Partner Companies of the
Cusco Tourist Transport Association (ATTC) in the City of Cusco - 2020“ was developed with
the aim of describing what quality of life is like with drivers in the partner companies of the
Cusco Tourist Transport Association (ATTC) in the city of Cusco - 2020. The type of research
is basic, descriptive in scope, quantitative approach and non-experimental cross-sectional
design, the technique used for the collection of information from this research was the survey
and the instrument used was the questionnaire, the population was 192 drivers who work in
transport companies and the sample that was taken was 129 drivers. The results of the research
reflect that the objective conditions dimension that obtained an average of 3.02 is considered
as regular, followed by the subjective conditions dimension with an average of 2.57 is
considered as bad. Finally, a general average of 2.79 was obtained in the Quality of Work Life
variable, considered as regular according to the applied scale.
