dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio titulado: “La voz y el habla en el desempeño profesional del docente universitario en la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Andina del Cusco – 2019”, tiene como objetivo identificar y evidenciar el grado de producción de la voz y el habla en el desempeño profesional de los docentes universitarios, en la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Andina del Cusco - 2019. El estudio también busca identificar y exponer los conocimientos y hábitos que tienen los docentes universitarios acerca del cuidado y uso de su voz y el habla durante su desempeño como docente universitario en la Escuela de Posgrado. La metodología para el desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación es descriptivo, no experimental de corte transversal, lo que permite observar la realidad y la condición problemática tal como se da en su contexto natural para analizarlos. La muestra es de 35 docentes y 100 estudiantes; la aplicación del instrumento se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones de la Escuela de Posgrado, con los permisos correspondientes, se solicitó el llenado de las encuestas a docentes y estudiantes en momentos libres, en los respectivos salones de clase con el apoyo y autorización de los docentes, quienes respondieron a una encuesta que consta de 11 preguntas, que busca conocer el sentir del docente universitario acerca de su propia voz y modo de hablar en su desempeño profesional como docente universitario y también permite recolectar información acerca de sus conocimientos y hábitos en el cuidado de su voz. Los estudiantes responden a una encuesta de 07 preguntas las cuales permiten conocer la observación y percepción del estudiante sobre la voz y habla del docente universitario. Los resultados concluyen que el grado de producción de la voz y el habla del docente inciden significativamente en su desempeño profesional llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: La mayoría de docentes tienen más de 50 años de edad y más de 16 años de servicio, gran porcentaje de ellos dictan clases en otra institución educativa, además de dictar sesiones de clase los fines de semana en la Escuela de Posgrado, algunos de ellos utilizan su voz y habla en otras actividades como el canto, exposiciones y seminarios. Estando expuestos a generar un alto grado de daño o lesión en la voz como consecuencia del abuso vocal en su producción verbal, por tener exigentes horas de dictado de clases.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify and demonstrate the degree of production of voice and speech in the professional performance of university teachers, at the Graduate School of the Andean University of Cusco - 2020. The study also seeks to identify and expose the knowledge and habits that university teachers have about the care and use of their voice and speech during their performance as a university teacher at the Graduate School. The Methodology for this research work was descriptive, not experimental cross-sectional, which allows to observe the reality and the problematic condition as it is given in its natural context to analyze them. The sample is 35 teachers and 100 students; the application of the instrument was carried out in the facilities of the Graduate School, with the corresponding permits, it was requested to fill out the surveys of teachers and students at free times in the respective classrooms with the support and authorization from teachers. Teachers responded to a survey consisting of 11 questions, which seeks to know the university teacher's feelings about his or her own voice and way of speaking in his professional performance as a university teacher and also allows to collect information about your knowledge and habits in caring for your voice. Students respond to a survey of 07 questions which allow to know the observation and perception of the student about the voice and speech of the university teacher. The results obtained, we can conclude that the degree of production of the voice and speech have a significant impact on the professional performance of university teachers by reaching the following conclusions: Most teachers are over 50 years of age and over 16 years of teaching service, a large percentage of teachers teach at another school, in addition to teaching classes on weekends at graduate school, and some of them use their voice and speak in other activities such as singing, exhibitions and seminars. Being exposed to generate a high degree of damage or injury to the voice as a result of vocal abuse in their verbal production, by having demanding hours of class dictation.en_US
