dc.description.abstract | ANTECEDENTES: El personal de salud del área hospitalaria que labora durante la
pandemia está expuesto a estresores que desencadenan síntomas y signos de ansiedad y
depresión. Esta realidad se ha descrito en varias investigaciones a nivel internacional.
➢ MÉTODOS: Estudio de tipo Observacional – analítico, transversal, prospectivo
tipo caso control
RESULTADOS: La incidencia de ansiedad es alta en el personal de salud del área
hospitalaria del Hospital Regional del Cusco que labora en el área Covid y no Covid
durante el periodo de pandemia comprendido de Febrero - Marzo del 2021. La incidencia
de síndrome ansioso es mayor en el personal del área Covid de este nosocomio
CONCLUSIONES: Las características de la ansiedad, asociados al personal de salud del
Hospital Regional del Cusco son el grado de ansiedad (leve, moderado y severo);
Profesión (enfermero(a), Médico, tecnólogo(a) Médico, Obstetra, Médico cardiólogo,
Médico pediatra, Médico internista, químico farmacéutico y técnico en laboratorio) y área
de trabajo (Área COVID-19 y Área no COVID -19) y una asociación baja en relación con
las características tipo de contrato y sexo. La característica principal fue el grado de
ansiedad con un p < 0.00 y en segundo lugar el área de trabajo con un p < 0.002, los cuales
tienen un nivel de significancia alto. El tipo de Profesional en salud más asociado a
ansiedad son los Médicos y en segundo lugar, los enfermeros(as) Existe una asociación
alta entre la ansiedad y las edades agrupadas en el Hospital Regional del Cusco. El
intervalo de edad más asociado a Ansiedad es de 35 – 38 años y el segundo más asociado es el intervalo de 45 – 47 años. El género más susceptible de desarrollar ansiedad es el
sexo masculino, Existe una asociación alta entre la ansiedad y las áreas de trabajo del
Hospital Regional del Cusco. La ansiedad tiene una asociación mayor en el área de trabajo
Covid, a diferencia del área de trabajo no covid-19. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | BACKGROUND: The health personnel of the hospital area who work during the
pandemic are exposed to stressors that trigger symptoms and signs of anxiety and
depression. This reality has been described in several investigations at the international
level
METHODS: Observational type study - analytical, cross-sectional, prospective type case
control.
EXPECTED RESULTS: The incidence of anxiety and depression is high in the health
personnel of the hospital area of the Regional Hospital of Cusco who work in the covid
and non-covid area during the pandemic period from Febrery to March 2021. The
incidence of anxious depressive syndrome is mayor in the covid area staff of this hospital.
CONCLUSIONS: The characteristics of anxiety associated with the health personnel of
the Regional Hospital of Cusco are the degree of anxiety (mild, moderate and severe);
profession (nurse, doctor, medical technologist, obstetrician, cardiologist, pediatrician,
internist, pharmaceutical chemist and laboratory technician) and work area (COVID-19
Area and Non-COVID -19 Area) and a low association in relation to the characteristics
of the type of contract and sex. The main characteristic was the degree of anxiety with a
p <0.00 and secondly the work area with a p <0.002, both of which have a high level of
significance. The type of health professional most associated with anxiety are doctors and
secondly, nurses. There is a high association between anxiety and the ages grouped in the
Regional Hospital of Cusco. The age range most associated with Anxiety is 35 - 38 years and the second most associated is the range of 45 - 47 years. The gender most susceptible
to developing anxiety is the male sex. There is a high association between anxiety and the
work areas of the Regional Hospital of Cusco. Anxiety has a greater association in the
