Satisfacción de las madres sobre la calidad de atención del profesional de enfermería en el Servicio de CRED, Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez– Sicuani 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio: “SATISFACCIÓN DE LAS MADRES SOBRE LA CALIDAD DE ATENCIÓN DEL PROFESIONAL DE ENFERMERÍA EN EL SERVICIO DE CRED, HOSPITAL ALFREDO CALLO RODRIGUEZ – SICUANI 2020.” Tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el Nivel de Satisfacción de las madres sobre la Calidad de atención del Profesional de Enfermería en el servicio de CRED, Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez – Sicuani 2020; siendo un estudio descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal; la muestra estuvo constituida por 260 madres que acudieron al consultorio de CRED del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez – Sicuani. RESULTADOS: En cuanto a las características sociodemográficas de las madres: el 63,9 % tenía entre 20 a 35 años; 94,6 % procedían de la zona urbana; 78,5 % fueron convivientes; 57,7 % tenían estudios superiores; 67,6 % son bilingües; 50,4 % tuvieron otro tipo de ocupación; 60,8 % manifestaron tener un hijo único; y 53;4 % tuvo como ingreso económico mensual menos de s/930.

RESULTS: Regarding the sociodemographic characteristics of the mothers: 63.9% were between 20 and 35 years old; 94.6% came from the urban area; 78.5% were cohabiting; 57.7% had higher education; 67.6% are bilingual; 50.4% had another type of occupation; 60.8% stated that they had an only child; and 53; 4% had as monthly income less than s / 930.
