The apposition of secondary dentin in adults, is a biological action that together with the characteristics of the dental pieces make these useful to establish the biological age of people. Objective: To determine the similarity between chronological age and biological age by measuring dentin in digital radiographs at the Luis Vallejos Santoni Stomatological Clinic 2019. Methodology: The design of the present study is descriptive, observational, retrospective, cross-sectional, field, not experimental The sample was of 113 digital periapical radiographic plates of the Stomatological Clinic Luis Vallejo Santoni 2019. Results: The coronal height (AC) has an average value of 7.6 mm, the height of the coronal pulp cavity (APC) has an average value 2.8 mm, the maximum coronal pulp width (AMPC) has an average value of 1.3 mm, the root height (AR) has an average value of 15.2 mm, the root width at the amelocementary junction ( A) has an average value of 5.7 mm, the width of the pulp in the amelocementary junction (a) has an average value of 1.2 mm, the width of the root at the midpoint between measurements A and C ( B) has an average value of 4.5 mm, the width of the pulp at the midpoint between measurements A and C (b) has an average value of 0.8 mm, the width of the root at the midpoint between the apex and the measurements B and b (C) have an average value of 3.6 mm, the width of the pulp at the midpoint between the apex and the measurements B and b (c) tie ne with an average value of 0.5 mm. Based on the correlational analysis, three predictive models were adjusted using the Step Waise Forward multiple regression technique, with the proportions and measurements of dentin thickness as predictors to estimate age, Conclusions:You have to: y = 62.862 + (-85.501 * c / C) + (-66.540 * AMPC / A) + (3.614 * a) + (-49.064 * bB), is the model that best explains the variability of the age (50.9%) and therefore the model that best estimates the biological age.en_US
