Síndrome de burnout y clima laboral en la gerencia de administración y finanzas de la empresa prestadora de servicios Sedacusco S.A. 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Síndrome de Burnout y Clima Laboral en la Gerencia de Administración y Finanzas de la Empresa Prestadora de Servicios SEDACUSCO S.A. 2019”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y Clima Laboral. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, cuyo el alcance de la investigación es descriptivo-correlación, con diseño no experimental y el tipo de investigación es básico, la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 26 trabajadores, como instrumento se utilizó la encuesta. Al analizar la relación entre la variable síndrome de burnout y clima laboral se obtuvo como resultado que 𝑝 = 0.000 < 0.05, en la prueba Chi – cuadrado, se afirma que, existe relación significativa entre el Síndrome de Burnout y el Clima Laboral, donde el grado de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es -0.782, el cual indica que existe una relación negativa fuerte.

The research is quantitative in approach, the scope of the research is descriptive-correlation, with a non-experimental design and the type of research is basic, the study population consisted of 26 workers, as an instrument the survey was identified, the results were processed By the statistical software Excel and spss 22. When analyzing the relationship between the variable burnout syndrome and work environment, the result is that p = 0.000 <0.05, in the Chi-square test, it is stated that there is a significant relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Work Climate, where the degree of relationship using the Spearman correlation is -0.782, which indicates that there is a strong negative relationship.
