dc.description.abstract | En la investigación de Toma de decisiones para la anticoncepción posparto en puérperas
inmediatas del Hospital Regional del Cusco, de agosto a octubre del 2019, el cual tiene
como objetivo principal el de determinar la toma de decisiones para la anticoncepción
posparto en puérperas inmediatas del Hospital Regional del Cusco, de agosto a octubre
del 2019, se utilizó una metodología de investigación de tipo descriptiva, cuantitativa,
prospectiva, de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal; donde los resultados
obtenidos fueron sobre las características sociodemográficas, culturales y de género, en
la cual la edad promedio encontrada fue entre 20 a 28 años en un 39%, de 29 a 35 años
en un 35% y son en una mínima proporción las adolescentes en 15% y gestantes añosas
con un 11%, la toma de decisión para la elección de métodos anticonceptivos después del
parto está determinada más por las características culturales seguida por las de género, ya
que el 33% tiene mitos y creencias que afecta la toma de decisión donde el 14% de toda
la población creen que son abortivas o que es un pecado consumirlas, 11% cree que
produce esterilidad, el 33% creen que producen quistes y el 11% cree que produce cáncer.
El 42% de las puérperas inmediatas del Hospital Regional del Cusco se dejan influenciar
por algún familiar, en donde el 15 % es influenciado por el esposo, el 13% por sus
hermanos y el 11% por sus mamás.
Conclusión: existen características sociodemográficas, culturales y de género que
determinan la toma de decisiones posparto en puérperas inmediatas del Hospital Regional
del Cusco siendo las más determinantes las culturales y las de género porque existen mitos
y creencias así mismo la pareja influye en la toma de decisión. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | In the decision-making investigation for postpartum contraception in immediate
postpartum of the Regional Hospital of Cusco, from August to October 2019, which has
as main objective the determination of the decision making for postpartum contraception
in immediate postpartum of the Regional Hospital from Cusco, from August to October
2019, a descriptive, quantitative, prospective, non-experimental, cross-sectional research
methodology was used; where the results obtained were on sociodemographic, cultural
and gender characteristics, the average age found was between 20 to 28 years in 39%,
from 29 to 35 years in 35% and adolescents and elderly pregnant women are in a minimal
proportion , the decision making for the choice of contraceptive methods after childbirth
is determined more by the cultural characteristics followed by those of gender, since 33%
have myths and beliefs that affect decision-making where 14% of the entire population
they believe that they are abortive or that it is a sin to consume them, 11% believe that it
produces sterility, 33% believe that they produce cysts and 11% believe that it produces
cancer. 42% of the immediate postpartum of the Regional Hospital of Cusco are
influenced by a family member, where 15% is influenced by the husband, 13% by his
brothers and 11% by his mothers.
Conclusion: There are sociodemographic, cultural and gender characteristics that
determine the postpartum decision making process in immediate puérperas of the
Regional Hospitalof Cusco, the most determining being cultural and gender because there
are myths and beliefs as well as the couple influences the taking of decision. | en_US |
