Teoría de restricciones en el área de operaciones del banco interbank de la ciudad del Cusco - 2015.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó al personal del área de operaciones del banco Interbank de la ciudad del Cusco, teniendo como objetivo general describir las restricciones que se presentan en el área de operaciones, analizado a partir de las dimensiones de restricciones físicas y de política.

El tipo de investigación que se realiza es básica, el nivel es descriptivo y el diseño no experimental, tomando como población de estudio a las 50 personas que trabajan en el área de operaciones del banco, se utiliza la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario cuyos resultados son procesados por los programas estadísticos Excel y SPSS 20.

Los resultados de la investigación concluyeron que al describir las restricciones en el área de operaciones del banco Interbank se concluye que el 44% del personal encuestado del área de operaciones del banco Interbank, manifestaron que se muestra un nivel de restricción bajo; sin embargo, existe el 38% del personal a quienes les parece que existe un nivel de restricción alto, variable que fue analizada a partir de las dimensiones de las restricciones físicas, la cual muestra que existe un nivel de restricción alta y muy alta en 48 % y las restricciones de política presentando un nivel de restricción alta y muy alta en 44% .

This research was conducted to staff the area of bank operations Interbank city of Cusco, with the overall goal describe the restrictions that arise in the area of operations, analyzed from the dimensions of physical constraints and policy . The type of research being done is basic level is descriptive and non-experimental design, on the study population to 50 people working in the area of bank operations, the survey technique is used with the instrument questionnaire whose results are processed by statistical programs Excel and SPSS 20. The research results concluded that when describing the restrictions in the area of bank operations Interbank concludes that 44% of staff surveyed the area of operations of the bank Interbank, said that a low level of restriction is shown; however, there is a 38% staff who seem to you that there is a high level of restriction variable was analyzed from the dimensions of the physical constraints, which shows that there is a high level of restriction and very high in 48 % and policy constraints presenting a level of high and very high restrictions on 44%.
