dc.description.abstractObjetivo: Determinar el manejo de las Referencias y contrarreferencias de las pacientes Obstétricas atendidas en el Centro de Salud Urcos, 2014. Diseño; Tipo de investigación es Cuantitativa, descriptivo transversal, con un diseño no experimental. Resultados: Características sociodemográficas la edad predominante es (19 a 34 años) con 64%, respecto al grado de instrucción el 49% estudio secundaria, el 64% de las pacientes son de procedencia de área urbana, el 86% de las pacientes cuenta con Seguro Integral de Salud, el 68% de las pacientes identifico algún problema de salud, la hemorragia de la primera mitad del embarazo es el principal motivo de referencia en un 24%, el 81% fueron referidas al servicio de emergencia Gíneco obstétrica y de estas el 100% fue referida con tratamiento, en el 100% de las referencias el responsable es el médico, respecto a la de referencia de desde el nivel de la comunidad, en el Centro de Salud de Urcos, no existen, comités comunales y agentes comunitarios de salud, respecto a la contrarreferencia, el 100% fue justificada, el monitoreo, supervisión y evaluación de las referencias efectuadas en el Centro de Salud de Urcos, no son permanentes. Conclusiones: El Sistema de Referencia y Contrarreferencia en pacientes obstétricas no funciona de manera adecuada para ello es necesario el interés del equipo de salud, el intercambio de información, el apoyo técnico-administrativo, supervisión y análisis periódicamente y funcionamiento de la red de atención a la salud.es_PE

Design: The kind of investigation is with a quantitative, descriptive transverse focus, with a design no experimental. Results: The Characteristics sociodemográficas the prevailing age is (19 - 34 years) with 64% respect the degree of instruction the 49% estudied high school, the 64% of the patients are origin of the area town, the 86% of patients have a Seguro Integral de Salud, the 68% of patients identify any health problem, the hemorrhage of the first half of pregnacy is the principal reason of the reference with 24%, the 81% was referred to service obstetric ginceco emergency and they 100% were reference with treatment, in the 100% of references the doctor is responsible, respect to reference from the level of the community, in The Healt Care Facility Urcos, it does not exist, communal committees and community health workers, respect to counterreference, the 100% was justified, the monitoring, the supervision and evaluation of the references effected in The Healt Care Facility Urcos, they are not permanent. Conclusions: The Reference and system in obstetrics patients does not work of suitably, for it the interest of the health equipment is necessary, the exchange of information, the engineering and management support, supervision and analysis periodically and operation of the network of attention to the health.en_US
