dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Identificar la presencia de violencia obstétrica en las gestantes durante el parto
y puerperio en el Hospital Antonio Lorena del Cusco, 2018.
Metodología: El tipo de investigación es descriptivo, no experimental con diseño
cuantitativo, transversal, exploratorio. La muestra de esta investigación está conformada
por la totalidad de puérperas inmediatas de partos vaginales hospitalizadas en el servicio
de maternidad y centro obstétrico del hospital Antonio Lorena del Cusco durante el mes,
mediante una encuesta estructurada de carácter anónimo.
Resultados: La presencia de violencia obstétrica en las gestantes durante el parto y
puerperio se determinó mediante dos dimensiones, acciones y omisiones de violencia
obstétrica al describir a las acciones violentas que ejerce el personal de salud hacia las
gestantes durante la atención del parto y puerperio se determinó que ya no se realiza el
rasurado genital, administración de enema, utilización de instrumento para el nacimiento
del recién nacido(vacuum o forcep), mientras que las acciones más comunes que realizó
el personal de salud fue la colocación de vía endovenosa (100%), tactos vaginales
reiterados(64%) y por distintas personas(78%), monitoreo cardio fetal(91%), también se
identificó algunas formas de violencia obstétrica psicológica el hecho de no ser llamadas
por su nombre en el parto(79%) y puerperio (78%), no pudieron manifestar libremente
sus miedos e inquietudes en el puerperio(50%), fueron discriminadas en mínimos
porcentajes por su religión(2%), nivel sociodemográfico en el parto(25%) y
puerperio(19%), edad en el parto (12%)y puerperio(13%) y estado civil(2%) y puerperio
(1%) sintieron que no serían buenas madres en el parto(33%) y puerperio (19%). Al
describir las omisiones violentas que ejerce el personal de salud hacia las gestantes
durante la atención del parto y puerperio se identificó algunas formas de violencia
obstétrica como el no ser informadas del progreso del post parto(50%), el hecho de no ser
informada de los procedimientos que se le realiza al recién nacido(80%), la mitad de ellas
no fueron orientadas sobre la lactancia materna y cuidados del recién nacido y tampoco
fueron orientadas en planificación familiar(29 %), percibieron la presencia de estudiantes
durante el parto(48%); no se les permitió estar acompañadas por una persona de su
elección en el parto(89%) ni en el puerperio(44%); no tuvieron libertad de movimiento
para eligieron la posición para el parto(100%), no pudieron comer ni beber después del
parto (25%).
Conclusión: En esta investigación concluye que existe la presencia de violencia obstétrica
a gestantes durante el parto y puerperio en el Hospital Antonio Lorena del Cusco, 2018. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | Objective: To identify the presence of obstetric violence in pregnant women during
delivery and puerperium in the Hospital Antonio Lorena del Cusco, 2018
Methodology: The type of research is descriptive, not experimental, with a quantitative,
transversal, exploratory design. The sample of this investigation is made up of all the
immediate postpartum women of vaginal deliveries hospitalized in the maternity service
and obstetric center of the Antonio Lorena hospital in Cusco during the month, through a
structured anonymous survey
Results: the presence of obstetric violence in pregnant women during childbirth and
puerperium was determined by two dimensions, actions and omissions of obstetric
violence when describing the violent actions exercised by health personnel towards
pregnant women during delivery and puerperium care. determined that genital shaving,
enema administration, use of an instrument for the birth of the newborn (vacuum or
forcep) is not performed, while the most common actions used by health personnel were
intravenous line placement (100% ), repeated vaginal exams (64%) and by different
people (78%), fetal cardio monitoring (91%), some forms of psychological obstetric
violence were also identified, the fact of not being called by their name at birth (79%) )
and puerperium (78%), could not freely express their fears and concerns in the
puerperium (50%), were discriminated against in minimal percentages for their religion
(2%) , sociodemographic level at birth (25%) and puerperium (19%), age at delivery
(12%) and puerperium (13%) and marital status (2%) and puerperium (1%) and made
them feel that the delivery would be good (33%) and puerperium (19%). When describing
the violent omissions exercised by health personnel towards pregnant women during
delivery and puerperal care, some forms of obstetric violence were identified such as not
being informed of the progress of the postpartum (50%), the fact of not being informed
of the procedures performed on the newborn (80%), half of them were not oriented on
breastfeeding and newborn care and were not oriented in family planning (29%),
perceived the presence of students during childbirth (48%); they were not allowed to be
accompanied by a person of their choice at childbirth (89%) or in the puerperium (44%);
they did not have freedom of movement to choose the position for childbirth (100%), they
could not eat or drink after childbirth (25%).
Conclusion: This research concludes that there is the presence of obstetric violence to
pregnant women during delivery and puerperium in the Antonio Lorena Hospital in Cusco, 2018. | en_US |
