Comunicación organizacional en el área de ejecución coactiva de la Municipalidad Distrital Santiago de Cusco 2016.

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en el área de Ejecución Coactiva y áreas adjuntas de la Municipalidad Distrital Santiago de Cusco 2016; con el objetivo de describir la Comunicación Organizacional en el área de Ejecución Coactiva de la Municipalidad Distrital Santiago de Cusco 2016. La investigación es de tipo básica; nivel descriptivo con diseño no experimental, y la población en estudio es el área de Ejecución Coactiva y áreas adjuntas de la Municipalidad Distrital Santiago de Cusco 2016, que fueron 52 trabajadores; se usaron las técnicas de encuesta y observación con sus respectivos instrumentos el cuestionario y ficha de observación, datos que han sido procesados con ayuda del programa SPSS y se presentan mediante tablas y figuras. El marco teórico comprende las bases teóricas sobre la Comunicación Organizacional, sus elementos, el propósito, el proceso, su importancia, la clasificación de la comunicación organizacional formal y la informal, con el fin de determinar la operacionalización, identificación de variables e indicadores. Para el procesamiento de los datos obtenidos de fuentes primarias, se ha usado el programa IBM SPSS versión 22, y para su mayor entendimiento se muestran tablas, resumen de gráficos y sus respectivas interpretaciones. Se concluye que la Comunicación Organizacional es poco adecuada con un promedio de 2.7, dicha comunicación es el único método para intercambiar ideas y conocimientos, la investigación se realiza con la finalidad de mejorar, aportar y recomendar opciones que ayuden a que los trabajadores de las áreas involucradas se desarrollen eficaz y eficientemente.

The present investigation was carried out in the area of Coactive Execution and attached areas of the District Municipality Santiago de Cusco 2016; with the objective of describing the Organizational Communication in the Area of Coactive Execution of the District Municipality Santiago de Cusco 2016. The research is of basic type; Descriptive level with non-experimental design, and the study population is the area of Coactive Execution and attached areas of the Municipality Santiago de Cusco 2016, which were 52 workers; The survey and observation techniques were used with their respective instruments, the questionnaire and observation sheet, data that have been processed with the help of the SPSS program and are presented through tables and figures. The theoretical framework includes the theoretical bases on Organizational Communication, its elements, the purpose, the process, its importance, the classification of formal and informal organizational communication, in order to determine the operationalization, identification of variables and indicators. For the processing of data obtained from primary sources, the IBM SPSS version 22 program has been used, and for its greater understanding tables, graph summary and their respective interpretations are shown. It is concluded that the Organizational Communication is inadequate with an average of 2.7, this communication is the only method to exchange ideas and knowledge, the research is done with the purpose of improving, providing and recommending options that help workers in the areas effectively and efficiently.
