Percepción de la Sexualidad y Género en Estudiantes Ingresantes a la Universidad Andina del Cusco 2017 – I.

Abstract

La investigación trata de conocer la percepción de la sexualidad y género de ingresantes a una universidad privada de la ciudad de Cusco. Se trabajó con un total de 322 estudiantes. La elección fue por conglomerados utilizando el procedimiento aleatorio simple. El estudio es cuantitativo no experimental, descriptivo de corte transversal. Se utilizó como instrumento un cuestionario de percepción de la sexualidad y género, con la finalidad de conocer las percepciones conservadoras/tradicionales, liberales o mixtas sobre sexualidad y género. Los resultados revelan que la percepción es predominantemente conservadora, destacando en estudiantes de ciencias económicas, administrativas y contables, por otro lado la percepción liberal tiene mayor predominio en los de ciencias y humanidades, y la percepción mixta, en alumnos de ciencias de la salud y humanidades.

In this research, we set ourselves the objective of knowing the perception of sexuality and gender in students entering the Andean University of Cusco 2017 - I. The population that was used for the study was 1878, with a sample of 322 incoming students , which was hosen by conglomerates using the simple random procedure, the following study is of a non-experimental quantitative type, descriptive of cross-section, the questionnaire of perception of sexuality and gender was used as an instrument. The instrument used was the questionnaire of perception of sexuality and gender that aims to know the conservative / traditional, liberal or mixed perceptions of sexuality and gender. The results reveal that the perception of sexuality and gender in students entering the Andean University of Cusco is predominantly conservative, highlighting this perception in students of CEAC, on the other hand the liberal perception has greater predominance in the students of Sciences and Humanities and finally Mixed perception is predominant in the faculty of Health Sciences and Sciences and Humanitie
