dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación “Satisfacción laboral en la financiera Credinka agencia Quillabamba – Cusco 2018”, tiene como objetivo general describir la satisfacción laboral en la financiera, es de tipo básico, el diseño de la investigación es no experimental y de nivel descriptivo; la población a estudiar está constituido por 29 trabajadores que laboran, utilizando la técnica de investigación en la encuesta realizada para este trabajo; los resultados fueron procesados en el sistema estadístico SPSS y hoja Excel. Con los resultados de la investigación los trabajadores manifiestan que 96.6% están medianamente satisfechos, 3.4% insatisfechos. Con respecto a las dimensiones los resultados fueron: 72.4% respecto a la naturaleza de trabajo considerado medianamente satisfecho, 89.7% las condiciones de trabajo considerado medianamente satisfecho, 96.6% las relaciones interpersonales considerado medianamente satisfecho y 79.3% con respecto a las políticas laborales considerado medianamente satisfecho. Lo que se muestra que los trabajadores no están satisfechos generando disgusto en el desarrollo de sus labores. Finalmente, la variable satisfacción laboral obtuvo un promedio de 2.94 que de acuerdo a la escala de baremacion representa un nivel medianamente satisfecho.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe present research work “Job satisfaction in the financial Credinka agency Quillabamba - Cusco 2018“, has as a general objective to describe the job satisfaction in the financial, is basic, the design of the research is non-experimental and descriptive level; the population to be studied is made up of 29 workers who work, using the research technique in the survey carried out for this work; the results were processed in the SPSS statistical system and Excel sheet. With the results of the research, the workers state that 96.6% are fairly satisfied, 3.4% are dissatisfied. With respect to the dimensions, the results were: 72.4% with respect to the nature of work considered to be fairly satisfied, 89.7% of the working conditions considered to be fairly satisfied, 96.6% of the interpersonal relationships considered to be fairly satisfied, and 79.3% with respect to labor policies considered to be fairly satisfied. What is shown that the workers are not satisfied generating disgust in the development of their work. Finally, the variable of job satisfaction obtained an average of 2.94, which according to the scale of assessment represents a moderately satisfied level.en_US
