dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la Gerencia de Desarrollo Humano y Social de la Municipalidad del Distrito de San Jerónimo, tuvo como objetivo describir como es la retención del personal; tomando en cuenta las dimensiones de estudio: higiene laboral, seguridad en el trabajo y relación con el sindicato. El tipo de investigación es básico, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo; la población de estudio está conformada por 38 colaboradores, la muestra es el total de la población. Recopilando la información utilizando la técnica de investigación la encuesta y realizada específicamente para este trabajo; los resultados fueron procesados por el software estadístico SPSS V y hoja Excel. Con los resultados de la investigación se determinó que la Gerencia de Desarrollo Humano y Social de la Municipalidad del Distrito de San Jerónimo Cusco - 2018, según los colaboradores concluyeron que el 42.1% del personal encuestado manifestaron que es mala; el 34.2% mencionó que es regular; el 13.2% mencionó que es muy mala y; mientras, el 10.5% consideró bueno. Lo que muestra que existen falencias y que estas tienen que ser mejoradas para que el personal se sienta a gusto al momento de realizar su trabajo. Finalmente, la variable retención del personal obtuvo un promedio de 2.35 que de acuerdo a la escala de baremación representa un nivel malo. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present research work was developed in the Human and Social Development Management of the District Municipality of San Jerónimo, had as a general objective to
describe how is the retention of the staff; taking into account the dimensions of study:
occupational hygiene, safety at work and relationship with the union. The type of research is basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope; The study population is made up of 38 collaborators, the sample is the total population. Compiling the information using the research technique and the survey conducted specifically for this work; the results were processed by the statistical software SPSS V and Excel sheet. With the results of the investigation it was determined that the Human and Social Development Management of the District Municipality of San Jerónimo Cusco - 2018, according to the collaborators, concluded that 42.2% of the surveyed personnel stated that it is bad; 34.2% mentioned that it is regular; 13.2% mentioned that it is very bad and; while, 10.5% considered good. What shows that there are shortcomings and that these have to be improved so that the staff feels comfortable when performing their work.
