Estrés laboral en personal de la unidad de servicios especiales de la Policía Nacional del Perú Región Policial Cusco, 2016.

Abstract

En la presente investigación se interesó en conocer cómo se presenta el estrés laboral en personal de la Unidad de Servicios Especiales de la Policía Nacional del Perú, región policial Cusco en el 2016, además de establecer si existe diferencia estadística significativa en la presentación del estrés según edad, estado civil y tempo de servicio. El estudio se desarrolló en un enfoque cuantitativo, bajo un alcance descriptivo-comparativo y un diseño no experimental-transversal, estableciéndose la determinación correspondiente de la muestra de estudio. Entre los resultados más importantes se encuentran que los miembros de la Unidad de Servicios Especiales de la Policía Nacional del Perú se ubican con mayor frecuencia en el ámbito pasivo del estrés, no existiendo diferencia estadísticamente significativa para ninguna de las variables de división poblacional.

In the present investigation, he was interested in knowing how work-related stress occurs in personnel of the Special Services Unit of the National Police of Peru, police region of Cusco in 2016, as well as establishing whether there is a significant statistical difference in the presentation of stress according to age, marital status and tempo of service. The study was developed in a quantitative approach, under a descriptive-comparative scope and a non-experimental-transversal design, establishing the corresponding determination of the study sample. Among the most important results are that members of the Special Services Unit of the National Police of Peru are located more frequently in the passive area of stress, there being no statistically significant difference for any of the variables of population division.
