Efecto antimicrobiano in vitro, de la acicarpha tribuloides juss (estrella kiska), frente al Streptococcus mutans Cusco – 2017.

Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓN: El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal determinar el EFECTO ANTIMICROBIANO IN VITRO, DE LA Acicarpha tribuloides Juss (ESTRELLA KISKA), FRENTE AL Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175™*. DISEÑO METODOLÓGICO: El tipo de estudio fue de tipo experimental, in vitro y prospectivo. POBLACIÓN Y MUESTRA: Cepa estandarizada de Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175™* PROCEDIMIENTO: en el presente trabajo de investigación se determinó la actividad antimicrobiana in vitro, mediante la técnica de difusión en placa, usando como medio el agar Mueller Hinton con 5% de sangre de carnero. Se utilizó como sustancia antibacteriana del Extracto Hidroalcohólico Seco de Acicarpha tribuloides Juss (ESTRELLA KISKA) al 40%,60%, 80% y 100%. Se tuvo como grupo control negativo (agua destilada) y grupo control positivo (glugonato de clorhexidina). Para poder determinar la acción antimicrobiana se midieron los halos de inhibición formados alrededor de los orificios los cuales contenían la sustancia antimicrobiana frente a la cepa estándar de Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175™*. RESULTADOS: El Extracto Hidroalcohólico Seco de Acicarpha tribuloides Juss (ESTRELLA KISKA) al 40%,60%, 80% y 100%. Tienen acción antimicrobiana sobre la cepa estándar de Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175™*. Existen diferentes significantes en los diámetros de los halos de inhibición formados por los extractos hidroalcohólicos secos experimentados frente a la cepa estándar de Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175™*. Siendo la de mayor valor en diámetro el Extracto Hidroalcohólico Seco de Acicarpha tribuloides Juss (ESTRELLA KISKA) al 100%.

POPULATION AND SAMPLE: Standardized strain of Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175 ™ * PROCEDURE: In the present work the antimicrobial activity was determined in vitro, by means of the plate diffusion technique, using as medium the Mueller Hinton agar with 5% ram blood. It was used as antibacterial substance the Dry Hydroalcoholic Extract of Acicarpha tribuloides Juss (STAR KISKA) To 40%, 60%, 80% and Absolute. Was taken as negative control group (distilled water) and positive control group (Chlorhexidine glugonate). In order to determine the antimicrobial action were measured inhibition halo's Formed around the holes which contained the antimicrobial substance against the standard strain of Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175 ™ *. RESULTS: The Dry Hydroalcoholic Extract of Acicarpha tribuloides Juss (STAR KISKA) to 40%, 60%, 80% and Absolute. They have antimicrobial action on the standard strain of Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175 ™ *. There are different signifiers In the diameters of inhibition halos formed by the hydroalcoholic dry extracts experienced against the standard strain of Streptococcus mutans ATCC® 25175 ™ *. Being the one of greater value in diameter the Dry Hydroalcoholic Extract of Acicarpha tribuloides Juss (STAR KISKA) Absolute.
