Costos de operación de servicios turísticos y fijación de precios, en la ruta de alta montaña Salkantay, en el operador de turismo - andean trecks – Cusco, periodo 2016.

Abstract

Nuestra investigación denominada “COSTOS DE OPERACIÓN DE SERVICIOS TURISTICOS Y FIJACION DE PRECIOS, EN LA RUTA DE ALTA MONTAÑA SALKANTAY, EN EL OPERADOR DE TURISMO – ANDEAN TRECKS – CUSCO, PERIODO 2016”, es una investigación de tipo básica descriptiva, con un enfoque cuantitativo; va especialmente delimitado a realizar un estudio en la determinación de los Costos y la Rentabilidad de los servicios turísticos de aventura que prestan las agencias de Turismo en la Ciudad del Cusco, para que de esta manera podamos contribuir a una mejor aplicación y canalización de los recursos que origina dicha actividad. El presente estudio tiene el siguiente alcance: Descriptivo, con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo (Hernández Sampieri 2014) El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad, desarrollar y explotar el conocimiento de la información operativa de costos, a un nivel analítico, y efectuar el adecuado manejo de la información que interviene en el estudio de la naturaleza y características de los servicios que brindan las agencias de viaje locales dedicadas a vender el producto turístico de aventura, así como los criterios que se deben considerar para identificar y determinar los factores o aspectos sustantivos intervinientes que se configuran y estructuran como Costos, por consiguiente sobre esa base de datos, que vendrá a ser el COSTO DEL SERVICIO TURÍSTICO, se podrán analizar, calcular, fijar, determinar y estimar los precios de venta de los paquetes turísticos de aventura en la ruta Salkantay, para ello se ha recurrido, a unaserie de datos e informaciones, que luego de ser analizadas se configura la situación problemática, que es el sustento de esta investigación y sobre ello proponer las mejores alternativas de solución. Los objetivos perseguidos son los siguientes: a) Establecer los costos de operación de servicios turísticos en la ruta de alta montaña Salkantay en el operador de turismo - Andean Trecks – Cusco, periodo 2016 b) Determinar cómo fijan los precios de los servicios turísticos en la ruta de alta montaña Salkantay en el operador de turismo - Andean Trecks – Cusco, periodo 2016? Como hipótesis planteadas tenemos: a) En el operador de turismo Andean Trecks - Cusco que prestan los servicios turísticos en la ruta de alta montaña Salkantay los costos se establecen por simple sumatoria, se entiende por experiencia del jefe de operaciones. b) En el operador de turismo Andean Trecks - Cusco que prestan los servicios turísticos en la ruta de alta montaña Salkantay fijan sus tarifas por imitación con las otras empresas de la competencia sin considerar aspectos fundamentales como factor administrativo y margen de utilidad.

Nuestra investigación se ubica dentro del ámbito de la explotación del turismo de aventura, lacual tiene que ver con los aspectos dominantes del deporte extremo de alta montaña, el mismo que tiene un conjunto de procesos internos que la hacen única en su campo, el uso de la logística, la alta especialización del guía, el uso de una aparato de soporte y asistencia, la movilización de medios y recursos, que garantizan la satisfacción, integridad, seguridad física y mental de los turistas, convierte a este espacio de explotación turística como una línea de trabajo fino en su gestión, extremadamente prolijo en el desarrollo de sus proceso internos. El presente estudio consta de cinco capitulo: El capítulo I Introducción está orientada al planteamiento del problema, justificación y objetivos de la investigación. El capítulo II Marco teórico, encierra: antecedentes de la investigación, bases teóricas, hipótesis y variables. El vii capítulo III Diseño Metodológico, que contiene: Alcance de la investigación, población y muestra, y técnicas de recolección de datos. El capítulo IV Resultados que contiene: Tablas y gráficos con las respectivas interpretaciones. El capítulo V Discusión: Análisis, hallazgos, comparación de la literatura utilizada y contrastación de las hipótesis.

The present study consists of five chapters: Chapter I Introduction is oriented to the approach ofthe problem, justification and objectives of the investigation. Chapter II Theoretical framework, contains: background of the research, theoretical bases, hypotheses and variables. The vii chapter III Methodological Design, which contains: Scope of research, population and sample, and data collection techniques. Chapter IV Results that it contains: Tables and graphs with the respective interpretations. Chapter V Discussion: Analysis, findings, comparison of the literature used and testing of hypotheses.
