El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo conocer como es el sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad en el trabajo del centro de salud de San Jerónimo, Cusco –2016, el cual esta integrado por 4 etapas que son la planificación, organización y desarrollo, evaluación y vigilancia, y la revisión de la gestión, todas estas que son importantes para garantizar la salud y bienestar de los trabajadores en el ambiente laboral; el nivel de estudio es descriptivo, el tipo de investigación es básico, con diseño no experimental; para el cual se utilizó la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos a través del cuestionario como instrumento, el cual fue aplicada a la totalidad de los trabajadores de la Institución (94 trabajadores). El procesamiento de datos para los resultados fueron a través del sistema estadístico SPSS. Los resultados muestran que el Sistema de Gestión de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo del Centro de Salud de San Jerónimo, Cusco – 2016, es regularmente adecuada con un valor de 2.94, debido a que las etapas del sistema no se desarrollan ni funcionan de manera eficiente y apropiada entre sí. Los resultados de las dimensiones son: Planificación es adecuada (3.42), organización y desarrollo es regularmente adecuada (3.09), evaluación y vigilancia es regularmente adecuada (2.85), y revisión de la gestión es inadecuada (2.47). Estos resultados se debe al poco presupuesto que se tiene en materia de salud y seguridad en el trabajo, y la falta de profesionales especialistas en la materia. Dado que los resultados son transparentes, se puede afirmar que la investigación es 100% confiable. The present research work has as objetive to know how is the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the Health Center of San Jerónimo, Cusco – 2016, that have 4 stages that are the Planning, Organization and Development, Evaluation and Surveillance, and the Management Review, all of these that are important to ensure the health and wellness of the workers in their job. The level of study is descriptive; the research is basic, with a non-experimental design. For this research work the survey was used as a data collection technique, which was applied to all Institution´s workers (94 orkers). The data processing for the results was through the SPSS statistical system. The results indicate that the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the Health Center of San Jerónimo, Cusco – 2016 is regularly adequate with a value of 2.94; it is because the stages of the system do not develop efficiently and appropriately with each other. The results of the dimensions are: Planning is adequate (3.42), organization and development is regularly adequate (3.09), evaluation and surveillance is regularly adequate (2.85), and management review is inadequate (2.47). The results are due to the
little budget that is had in terms of health and safity at work and the lack of specialists and professionals in the field. Since the results are transparent, it can be said that the research is 100% reliable.
