Consumo responsable de los productos agroindustriales de la región cusco en los pobladores de la zona urbana del distrito de Cusco - 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal conocer cómo es el Consumo Responsable de los productos agroindustriales de la región Cusco en los pobladores de la zona urbana del distrito de Cusco - 2016 ya que se encontró como principal problema el bajo nivel de responsabilidad de los pobladores al realizar sus compras.El tipo de investigación realizada es básica, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo, la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 381 pobladores con la finalidad de conocer cómo era su consumo teniendo como dimensiones de estudio el consumo solidario, ético y ecológico.Los resultados de la investigación indican que el consumo responsable no es responsable solo en términos de salud personal o de sostenibilidad ambiental, sino también responsable en términos sociales, humanos y económicos por lo tanto, se requiere de la voluntad política para que a través de las instituciones gubernamentales se planteen políticas públicas y normativas que promuevan el comercio justo/solidario y un consumo responsable para el beneficio y aplicación los demás actores como son las empresas, organizaciones solidarias, sociedad civil organizada e informada y las instituciones educativas que representan uno de los pilares más importantes a fin de fomentar una producción y consumo responsable y establecer un modelo de desarrollo sostenible para la región Cusco que permita dar cumplimiento a la agenda de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y a sus metas al 2030.

This research work was developed with the objective to know how is the Responsible Consumption of the agro industrial products of the Cusco region in the people of the urban zone of the district of Cusco, the main problem was the low level of responsibility of the inhabitants to make their purchases, the low level of information of the products that acquire. To carry out the research work, the main goal was to know how the responsible consumption of agro-industrial products in the region Cusco in the people of the urban zone of the district of Cusco, period 2016.The type of research realized is basic, quantitative approach, non experimental design and descriptive level , the study population was conformed by 381 people with the purpose to know how was their consume having as dimensions of study the solidary consume, ethic and ecologic. The result of this research show that responsible consumption only in terms of personal health (healthy products) or environmental sustainability (organic products or with less ecological incidence), but also responsible in social terms, human and economic (products coming from fair trade) so It requires the political will to create public and normative policies that promote fair trade and responsible consumption for the benefit and application of other actors such as companies, solidarity organizations, Organized and informed civil society and educational institutions that present one of the pillars of responsible consumption in order to promote responsible production and consumption and to establish a model of sustainable development for the Cusco region that will allow the fulfillment of the UN agenda, The objectives of Sustainable Development and its goals to 2030.
