Sistema de abastecimiento de la oficina de abastecimiento y servicios auxiliares del Gobierno Regional del Cusco 2016.

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Oficina de Abastecimiento y Servicios Auxiliares – OASA, unidad dependiente de la Gerencia de Administración del Gobierno Regional del Cusco teniendo como objetivo principal conocer el funcionamiento del sistema de abastecimiento y el funcionamiento del subsistema de Información/ control, subsistema de Negociación/ Obtención y subsistema de Utilización/ Preservación. El tipo de investigación fue básico de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental; la población de estudio fue de treinta y cinco colaboradores de la Oficina de Abastecimiento y Servicios Auxiliares encargados del manejo del sistema de abastecimiento, recopilando la información por medio de la aplicación de una encuesta, teniendo como base y principio la presente investigación. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que el sistema de abastecimiento de la Oficina de Abastecimiento y Servicios Auxiliares del Gobierno Regional del Cusco es REGULAR con un resultado de 100% y un promedio de 2.09, que si bien la Oficina de Abastecimiento y Servicios Auxiliares aplica todos los procesos del sistema de abastecimiento de manera regular; existen procesos tales como la catalogación, registro y control, mantenimiento y seguridad que no se desarrollan de manera correcta. Así mismo los resultados de las dimensiones a nivel general son los siguientes: subsistema de información/ control con 1.86 de promedio con nivel regular; subsistema de negociación/ obtención con 2.61 con promedio bueno; subsistema de utilización/ preservación con 2.08 con promedio regular.
