Evaluación de riesgo en la administración del almacén de la Empresa de Generación Eléctrica Machupicchu S.A. - EGEMSA del periodo 2016.

Abstract

La investigación desarrolla la variable de Evaluación de Riesgo y Administración del Almacén, el cual tuvo como objetivo principal describir la Evaluación de Riesgo en la Administración del Almacén en la Empresa de Generación Eléctrica Machupicchu S.A. – EGEMSA, del período 2016. Para el cumplimiento de éste objetivo se realizó una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo, porque se pretende mostrar las variables de la investigación como se presentan en la realidad. La población y muestra está conformada por el total de suministros que Administra la Oficina de Almacén – División de Logística de la Empresa de Generación Eléctrica Machupicchu S.A. – EGEMSA. Se utilizó la técnica de recolección de datos mediante una entrevista al Jefe de la División de Logística y al Responsable de Almacén, obteniendo una perspectiva de la Implementación del Sistema de Control Interno y la Evaluación de Riesgo en la Administración del Almacén. Se realizó la revisión de documentos que Administra el Almacén; logrando identificar las deficiencias y mejoras significativas. Finalmente se pudo concluir que la Evaluación de Riesgo se aplica de manera limitada en la Administración del Almacén en la Empresa de Generación Eléctrica Machupicchu S.A. – EGEMSA, del período 2016; ya que se realiza a nivel organizacional y no existe un plan de Gestión de Riesgo, así como un Plan de tratamiento de Riesgo específico para la Administración del Almacén.

The research develops the variable of Evaluation of Risk and Administration of the Warehouse which had as main objective to describe the Evaluation of Risk in the Administration of the Warehouse in the Company of Electrical Generation Machupicchu S.A. - EGEMSA, for the period 2016. In order to achieve this objective, a quantitative research, not experimental design and descriptive scope research was carried out, because it tries to show the variables of the research as presented in reality. The population and sample is shaped by the total of supplies which Administers the Warehouse Office - Logistics Division of the Company of Electrical Generation Machupicchu S.A. - EGEMSA. The data collection technique was used through an interview with the Chief of the Logistics Division and the Warehouse Manager, obtaining a perspective of the Implementation of the Internal Control System and the Evaluation of Risk in the Administration of the Warehouse. There was realized the review of documents that Administers the Warehouse; managing to identify the deficiencies and significant improvements. Finally it was possible to conclude that the Evaluation of Risk applies itself of way limited in the Administration of the Warehouse in the Company of Electrical Generation Machupicchu S.A. - EGEMSA, for the period 2016; since it is realized at organizational level and there does not exist a plan of Management of Risk, as well as a Plan of treatment of specific Risk for the Administration of the Warehouse.
