Mecanización de operaciones en la producción por el sistema de tareo y las variaciones en la productividad de la empresa ladrillera Latesan distrito de San Jerónimo, periodo 2015.

Abstract

La presente tesis intitulada: “MECANIZACIÓN DE OPERACIONES EN LA PRODUCCIÓN POR EL SISTEMA DE TAREO Y SUS VARIACIONES EN LA PRODUCTIVIDAD DE LA EMPRESA LADRILLERA LATESAN DISTRITO DE SAN JERÓNIMO PERIODO 2015”; cuyo problema está que manejan un sistema de producción muy artesanal, lo cual limita una mayor productividad y por tanto un menor crecimiento lo cual impide que la empresa pueda incrementar sus utilidades y establecerse como líder en el mercado ladrillero de Cusco. El objetivo general de la presente investigación es “Determinar en qué medida la mecanización de operación en la producción por el sistema de tareogenera variaciones en la productividad de la empresa ladrillera LATESAN distrito de san jerónimo periodo 2015”; se utilizó una metodología de tipo descriptiva, es decir los datos investigados son obtenidos mediante la observación para la cual se aplicó una encuesta a los operarios y una entrevista al área administrativa de la empresa ladrillera LATESAN. El problema de investigación fue: ¿En qué medida la mecanización de operaciones en la producción por sistema de tareo genera variaciones en la productividad de la empresa ladrillera LATESAN distrito de san jerónimo periodo 2015? Siendo la hipótesis que se formuló la siguiente: “La mecanización en las operaciones de la producción por el sistema de tareo genera variaciones de manera significativa en la productividad de la empresa ladrillera LATESAN distrito de san jerónimo periodo 2015.”

Se concluye que a partir de los resultados del presente trabajo de investigación puede determinar sus costos de producción en forma técnica real y verídica, utilizando la mecanización de operaciones en la producción ; por otra parte en efecto en lo que se refiere a la variaciones en la productividad genera un mayor rendimiento en beneficio de la empresa y más aun de sus trabajadores quienes alcanzan una mayor producción en un tiempo reducido que a su vez también alcanzan aumentos remunerativos que hace que mejore el nivel de vida de cada uno de ellos y a la vez el desarrollo y crecimiento de la empresa.

The hypothesis was formulated as follows: “The mechanization in the operations of the production by the system of task generates variations of a significant way in the productivity of the brick company LATESAN district of San Jerónimo period 2015.“

It is concluded that from the results of the present research work can determine their production costs in real and true technical, using the mechanization of operations in production; On the other hand in effect as regards variations in productivity generates a higher return for the benefit of the company and even more of its workers who reach a higher production in a reduced time that in turn also reach remunerative increases that makes Which improves the standard of living of each of them and at the same time the development and growth of the company.
