dc.description.abstractCada vez son más mujeres que acceden al mercado laboral peruano. Sin embargo la situación de la mujer en el ámbito laboral es precaria ya que existe una masiva presencia femenina en el sector informal. El comercio ambulatorio es una de las actividades en el sector informal que en el Perú año a año va en aumento, a pesar de las medidas que se toman para reubicar a las personas que laboran en dicho espacio, persiste un grupo poblacional que labora en las avenidas y calles principalmente en las grandes cuidades del país. Por ello son más las mujeres que laboran en este sector, ya sea por situaciones relacionadas al género, condiciones de vida o parámetros sociales ya establecidos como son la asignación de roles en el hogar o los mismos en un cargo directivo. En la ciudad del Cusco, numerosos comerciantes ambulantes toman las principales calles y avenidas del centro histórico, sin embargo a simple vista existe una mayor presencia de mujeres ambulantes, muchas de ellas con infantes, expuestos a la contaminación y otros. Cabe mencionar que en un censo realizado por la Municipal del Cusco- Subgerencia de Comercio se puede verificar que esta presencia femenina es mucho mayor que a los hombres. A pesar que esta actividad está en el marco de lo informal, no se puede arrojar juicios sin antes conocer el trasfondo de esta realidad. Por ello con el enfoque de capacidades estudiado por el economista y premio Nobel (1998) Amartya Sen y la antropóloga Martha Nussbaum se busca analizar la realidad de estas mujeres. La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto del comercio ambulatorio en la calidad de vida de estas mujeres, a través de los ingresos que generan en este medio, el nivel educativo alcanzado, el nivel de violencia a la que están expuestas, su situación referente a la división social del trabajo por sexo en los hogares y el motivo que las llevo auto emplearse en este medio, investigación realizada en un solo periodo que comprende el año 2016. Finalmente se concluyó que la educación es uno de los factores necesarios para tener mejores oportunidades laborales, la violencia en este espacio es constante sin importar si estas dentro de un sindicato, gremio o asociación que son reconocidas legalmente, las labores domésticas siempre están asociadas a la mujer de igual manera al cuidado de los hijos, por ello se ve la presencia de infantes. A pesar de obtener ingresos menores al sueldo básico, ellas optan por auto emplearse, sin embargo, la falta de oportunidades no impide que tengan un espíritu de emprendimiento ya que la mayoría desea ser capacitada para mejorar su posición.es_PE
dc.description.abstractMore women than ever are in the Peruvian work force, however progress has been glacial due to the fact that there is a massive female presence in the informal sector, described as a grey market in labor street vending form a large portion or the urban work force and informal sector that is growing steadily in Peru despite the measure that are taken by the government to relocate these informal workers, that wander the streets and avenues, especially in some large cities in the country. Women are the ones that increase the number of street vendors as they take up street trading as a means of survival and a livelihood strategy. The principal factors are the condition about the genre, social parameters like the assignation of rolls them houses or in directive position. In the city of Cusco, numerous ambulates merchants occupy the principals streets and avenues of the center historic, however if we look around, there are more women working like ambulates, the majority of them accompanied with children who are exposed to the pollution and other problems in the street. It can be verified for a census make for the Municipality of Cusco - Sub management of Merchant, so in that, it can prove that there are more women than men who are working like ambulates. Although that activity is informal, we cannot do judgment before to know the reality of these women. So, the study did for the economist and prix Nobel Amartya Sen and the anthropology Martha Nussbaum through approach of capability, it search analyze the reality of these women. The next investigation has the main objective, analyze the impact of the ambulates merchants on the women’s quality of life, although the incomes of their working in that space, the level educative achieved, the level of violence exposed, their situation about the social division the job according the genre in the house and the motive to find a work owner in this sector. The investigation has been done just in one period of time 2016. Finally it concludes that the education is one of the factors necessaries for having more opportunities to work, the violence in this sector is frequently regardless if they are into a labor union, the domestic labors always are associate with the women also the children’s watch out. Even they ear low minimum-wage, they decide to work in that sector. However lacking opportunitiesdo not preclude that they have a spirit of business venture, so the majority wants to be trained to develop their position of labour.en_US
