Evaluación de la influencia de las herramientas last planner system y carta balance en el rendimiento, costos y plazos de las partidas de concreto armado en la obra: mejoramiento de los servicios educativos de la Institución Educativa N°50817 Yavero de los niveles inicial y primario en el sector de penetración, distrito de Yanatile, provincia de Calca-Cusco-2022

Abstract

El enfoque abordado involucró la evaluación de la influencia de la metodología Last Planner y la herramienta carta balance en la variación de los rendimientos de mano de obra entre la planificación y la ejecución de la obra “MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS DE LA I.E N°50817 YAVERO DE LOS NIVELES INICIAL Y PRIMARIO DEL SECTOR DE PENETRACIÓN, DISTRITO DE YANATILE, PROVINCIA DE CALCACUSCO”,

El objetivo principal fue investigar la influencia directa de la metodología Last Planner en la

fase de planificación, y determinar cómo la herramienta carta balance incide en las diferencias

de rendimiento entre lo planificado y ejecutado en la mencionada obra, que tuvo lugar en el

período 2022-2023

Para la obtención de los objetivos planteados, se recopilaron datos en campo mediante formatos

específicamente diseñados para esta tarea. Estos registros incluyeron detalles sobre la actividad

realizada, el número de trabajadores y equipos asignados a cada cuadrilla, la cantidad de trabajo

efectuado, el tiempo empleado, las circunstancias presentes y cualquier incidente que ocurriera

durante el desarrollo de las tareas. Estos datos se sometieron a un proceso de análisis en entorno

de

oficina, utilizando hojas de cálculo para su tratamiento. Luego, se contrastaron con los parámetros de referencia apropiados, tales como el expediente técnico de la obra y rendimientos previamente publicados y conocidos. El análisis del proyecto reveló que los rendimientos empleados en la planificación original diferían de los rendimientos reales, lo cual también afectó la planificación misma del proyecto. Esta discrepancia se tradujo en desfases en las partidas tanto en la planificación como en la ejecución. Estos hallazgos destacan la importancia crucial de la realización de investigaciones para mantener actualizadas las bases de datos relacionadas con rendimientos y planificación en el campo.

The approach addressed involved the evaluation of the influence of the Last Planner methodology and the balance sheet tool in the variation of labor yields between the planning and execution of the work " MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS DE LA I.E N°50817 YAVERO DE LOS NIVELES INICIAL Y PRIMARIO DEL SECTOR DE PENETRACIÓN, DISTRITO DE YANATILE, PROVINCIA DE CALCA-CUSCO”, The main objective was to investigate the direct influence of the Last Planner methodology in the planning phase, and to determine how the balance sheet tool affects the differences in performance between what was planned and executed in the aforementioned work, which took place in the period 2022- 2023 In order to achieve the proposed objectives, data was collected in the field using specific formats designed for this task. These records include details about the activity carried out, the number of workers and equipment assigned to each crew, the amount of work carried out, the time spent, the present circumstances and any incidents that occur in the development of the tasks. These data were subjected to an analysis process in an office environment, using spreadsheets for their treatment. Then, stories such as the technical file of the work and previously published and known performances were contrasted with the appropriate reference parameters. The analysis of the project revealed that the yields used in the original planning differed from the actual yields, which also affected the actual planning of the project. This discrepancy translated into lags in the items both in planning and execution. These highlight the crucial importance of conducting research to keep the databases related to yields and planning in the field up to date.
