Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo según La Ley 29783 en la Empresa Geotecnia e ingenieros E.I.R.L., Puerto Maldonado - 2022

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación es la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de acuerdo a la Ley N° 29783 para la empresa GEOTECNIA E INGENIEROS E.I.R.L. durante el periodo 2023 en adelante; el cual permitió crear una cultura de seguridad, y a su vez contribuir al cumplimiento de la normatividad legal vigente; prevenir accidentes e incidentes de trabajo y mejorar las condiciones de seguridad de los trabajadores; se pudo aplicar una primera la implementación del sistema se tomó en cuenta una recolección de datos dirigidos 10 trabajadores que está integrado desde el Gerente hasta los operarios. La investigación es de tipo aplicada; tiene un nivel experimental; los instrumentos utilizados para la investigación fueron la lista de chequeo y las fichas resumen que permitieron el registro y evaluación de los lineamientos exigidos por la ley. Conforme a los resultados obtenidos de la evaluación de la línea base 1 y línea base 2, se pudo observar que la empresa tuvo un gran incremento y mayor cumplimiento de cada uno de sus indicadores (15% a 82%). En la línea base 1 cumplía con 14 indicadores, 83 no cumplían, 06 se encontraban en proceso de ejecución y 9 no aplicaba en la empresa de un total de 111 requisitos aplicables exigidos por Ley, representando así un 15% de cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo así como en la Línea base 2 cumple con 74 indicadores, 26 en proceso de ejecución y 11 indicadores que no aplican de un total de 111 requisitos legales aplicables, representando un 82% de cumplimiento de los requerimientos exigidos por la Ley N°29783, de modo que se cumple ahora con la normatividad legal vigente.

The objective of this research is the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System according to Law No. 29783 for the company GEOTECNIA E INGENIEROS E.I.R.L.; which allowed the creation of a safety culture, and in turn contribute to compliance with current legal regulations; prevent accidents and work incidents and improve the safety conditions of workers; for the implementation of the system a population of 10 workers was taken into account. The research is of the applied type; it has an experimental level; the instruments used for the research were the checklist and the summary sheets that allowed the registration and evaluation of the guidelines required by law. Finally, the research resulted in 82% compliance with all the requirements for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. According to the results obtained from the evaluation of baseline 1 and baseline 2, it was observed that the company had a large increase and greater compliance with each of its indicators (15% to 82%). In baseline 1 complied with 14 indicators, 83 did not comply, 06 were in the process of execution and 9 did not apply to the company out of a total of 111 applicable requirements required by Law, thus representing 15% compliance with the required requirements. by the Occupational Health and Safety Law as well as in Baseline 2, it complies with 74 indicators, 26 in the process of execution and 11 indicators that do not apply out of a total of 111 applicable legal requirements, representing 82% compliance with the requirements. requirements demanded by Law No. 29783, so that the current legal regulations are now complied with.
