La investigación titulada "Marketing Relacional y Fidelización de Clientes en la Cadena
de
Pollerías
Pikol
E.I.R.L.,
Provincia
de
Cusco, 2022"
tuvo como objetivo
determinar
en
qué
medida
el
marketing
relacional
influye
en
la
fidelización
de
clientes
en
la
cadena
de
pollerías.
Metodológicamente
el
estudio
fue
de
tipo
básico,
enfoque
cuantitativo,
no
experimental;
para
la
recolección
de
datos
se
utilizó
la
técnica
de
la
encuesta
y
como
instrumento
el
cuestionario, el cual fue aplicado a 131 los clientes de los 3
locales de la cadena de pollerías Pikol. Los resultados revelan que un 55.7% de los
encuestados considera el marketing relacional de Pikol E.I.R.L. como regular. En
cuanto a la fidelización de clientes, se observa una alta y regular lealtad, con un 42% y
38.9% respectivamente. Se determinó que el marketing relacional tiene una influencia
significativa en la fidelización de clientes, con una significancia estadística de 0.001
(menor a 0.05) y un coeficiente de correlación de 0.285, indicando una relación positiva,
aunque
baja.
Además,
se
identificaron
dimensiones
que
influyen
en
la
fidelización
de
los
clientes:
la
identificación
con
la
marca,
con
una
significancia
de
0.000
y
un
coeficiente
de
correlación
de
0.347;
la
diferenciación,
con
una
significancia
de 0.002
y
un
coeficiente
de
correlación
de
0.262;
y
la
comunicación
con
el
cliente,
con
una
significancia
de
0.003
y
un
coeficiente
de
correlación
de
0.254.
Todas
estas
dimensiones
mostraron
una
relación
positiva,
aunque
baja,
con
la
fidelización
de
clientes.
La
investigación
concluye
que
el
marketing
relacional,
junto
con
la
identificación
de
marca,
la
diferenciación
y
la
comunicación
efectiva,
influyen
positivamente
en
la
fidelización
de
los clientes de la cadena de pollerías Pikol E.I.R.L. en Cusco, aunque el grado de esta
influencia es moderado. The research titled "Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty in the Pikol E.I.R.L.
Chicken Shop Chain, Province of Cusco, 2022" aimed to determine to what extent relationship
marketing
influences
customer
loyalty
in
the
chicken
shop
chain.
Methodologically,
