La presente Investigación intitulada: “Control Interno y Liquidación de proyecto
ejecutado por el Programa Nacional de Vivienda Rural, en centros poblados de Tiruma y
Paropata, Combapata, Canchis, Cusco 2020.”, En el capítulo I planteamiento del problema esta
orienta a describir la situación de control interno en la liquidación del proyecto ejecutado por el
Programa Nacional de Vivienda Rural, bajo modalidad de núcleos ejecutores en centros poblados
de Tiruma y Paropata, Combapata, Canchis, Cusco 2020, pues la aplicación de control interno no
es oportuno por consiguiente la liquidación, la Pre liquidación y la liquidación final no se realiza
oportunamente. El objetivo de la presente investigación es Describir la situación de Control Interno
en la liquidación del proyecto ejecutado por el Programa Nacional de Vivienda Rural, bajo la
modalidad de Núcleos ejecutores denominado mejoramiento de Vivienda Rural en centros
poblados de Tiruma y Paropata, Combapata, Canchis, Cusco 2020. En cuanto a la hipótesis: La
presente investigación no formula hipótesis por tener alcance descriptivo, conforme indica
(Hernández R. 2014). El capítulo II marco teórico comprende los antecedentes, aquella
investigación que se relaciona con el estado del arte de la investigación y la literatura que permite
profundizar en el conocimiento de las variables de estudio como: Control interno y Liquidación de
proyectos. El capítulo III metodología de investigación, se desarrolla el enfoque cuantitativo, de
diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo. Los resultados de la investigación se reflejan en
la tabla 13, en donde el 40% de los funcionarios consideran que Control Interno en la Liquidación
del proyecto ejecutado por el Programa Nacional Vivienda Rural es regular a bueno y el 20% indica
que es deficiente. The present investigation entitled: "Internal control and liquidation of the project executed
by the Rural Housing National Program, in the towns of Tiruma and Paropata, Combapata,
Canchis, Cusco 2020. "The problem is oriented to the characterization of the internal control
situation as well as the liquidation of the project of the Rural Housing National Program, under
the modality of executing nuclei in the towns of Tiruma and Paropata, Combapata, Canchis,
Cusco 2020, since the application of internal control is not timely and therefore the liquidation,
both the Pre-settlement and the final liquidation are not carried out in a timely manner. The
objective of the present investigation is: To describe the situation of internal control in the
liquidation of the project executed by the National Rural Housing Program, under the modality of
executing nuclei called improvement of rural housing in the towns of Tiruma and Paropata,
Combapata, Canchis, Cusco 2020. Regarding the hypothesis: This research does not formulate
hypotheses because it is descriptive in scope, as indicated by (Hernández R.2014). Chapter II
theoretical framework includes the background, those investigations that are related to the state
of the art of the research and the literature that allow to deepen the knowledge of the variables of
study such as: Internal control and project liquidation. Regarding the methodological aspect, the
research proposes the quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope. The
results of the research are reflected in Table 13, where 40% of the officials consider that Internal
Control in the liquidation of the project executed by the National Rural Housing Program, under
the modality of Executing Nuclei called improvement of Rural Housing in the towns of Tiruma
and Paropata, Combapata Canchis, Cusco 2020, is good and 60% indicate that it is from fair to
deficient.
