humano (68.3%). The general objective of this research work is to establish the relationship between human talent
management and organizational commitment in the workers of the Vip Security company Asper
S.A.C. in the district of Santa Ana and province of La Convención in 2021. The approach is
quantitative, non-experimental in design and correlational in scope. The study population was
made up of 29 employees of the company to whom a 22-item instrument was applied to measure
the variable human talent management which, when subjected to the Cronbach's Alpha internal
consistency index to evaluate its reliability, obtained a value of 0.882 and another, of 10 items to
measure the organizational commitment variable with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.881. Therefore, it
is claimed that the instruments are reliable for data processing. With the results obtained, it can
be stated that human talent management is significantly related to organizational commitment,
accepting the alternative hypothesis that is demonstrated by Spearman's correlation, which
reaches 66.1%. It is also found that the affective commitment dimension is significantly related
to human talent management (Spearman's correlation of 46.6%); The dimension of continuity
commitment is also significantly related (68.7%) and finally the dimension of regulatory
commitment is also significantly related to the management of human talent (68.3%).
