La investigación titulada “CARACTERÍSTICAS CLÍNICAS Y ACTITUD FRENTE A LA
ENFERMEDAD EN PACIENTES CON TUBERCULOSIS, RED DE SERVICIOS DE
SALUD LA CONVENCIÓN-CUSCO 2023” cuyo objetivo fue determinar cuáles son las
características clínicas y actitudes frente a la enfermedad en pacientes con tuberculosis de la
Red de Servicios de Salud La Convención Cusco- 2023. Tuvo una metodología descriptiva,
no experimental, diseño transversal; la población y muestra de estudio fue 37 pacientes
diagnosticados con tuberculosis, la técnica fue la observación y la encuesta; usando la guía
de observación documental y el cuestionario.
Los resultados fue 53,8% de los pacientes fueron mayores de 51 años; 74,4% del sexo
masculino, 43,6% convivientes, 46,2% sin hijos, 69,2% son trabajadores independientes,
48,7% tenía grado de instrucción secundaria. En cuanto a las características clínicas, 89,7%
padece de tuberculosis pulmonar; 92,3% recibió esquema sensible como tratamiento, 89,7%
baciloscopia; 89,7% cultivo de esputo, 69,2% presentó tos; 97,4% presentó apatía y
debilidad, 94,9% manifestó sudoración nocturna; 69,2% tenía dificultad para respirar, 94,8
% son pacientes nuevos y 69,0% tiene un tiempo de enfermedad de 15 a 29 días. En cuanto
a la variable actitud en la dimensión cognitiva 73,0 % tiene una actitud aceptable; en la
dimensión conductual 67,6 % presenta una actitud medianamente aceptable; en la dimensión
afectiva 59,5% tiene una actitud medianamente aceptable. Finalmente, para la actitud en
general 51,4% tiene una actitud aceptable y 48,6% medianamente aceptable The research titled "CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS
DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH TUBERCULOSIS, LA CONVENCIÓN-CUSCO
HEALTH SERVICES NETWORK 2023" aimed to determine the clinical characteristics
and attitudes towards the disease in patients with tuberculosis from the La Convención
Cusco Health Services Network- 2023. It had a descriptive, non-experimental, crosssectional
design; the study population and sample were 37 patients diagnosed with
tuberculosis, using observation and survey techniques; employing document observation
guides and questionnaires.
The results showed that 53.8% of the patients were older than 51 years; 74.4% were male,
43.6% were cohabiting, 46.2% had no children, 69.2% were self-employed, and 48.7% had
completed secondary education. Regarding clinical characteristics, 89.7% suffered from
pulmonary tuberculosis; 92.3% received a sensitive scheme as treatment, 89.7% underwent
sputum smear microscopy; 89.7% sputum culture, 69.2% presented with cough; 97.4%
showed apathy and weakness, 94.9% reported night sweats; 69.2% had difficulty breathing,
94.8% were new patients, and 69.0% had been ill for 15 to 29 days. Regarding the attitude
variable in the cognitive dimension, 73.0% had an acceptable attitude; in the behavioral
dimension, 67.6% showed a moderately acceptable attitude; in the affective dimension,
59.5% had a moderately acceptable attitude. Finally, for the overall attitude, 51.4% had an
acceptable attitude and 48.6% had a moderately acceptable attitude.
