Efectividad de la Ley N° 29973 y el ámbito laboral de las personas con discapacidad inscritas en la OMAPED de Canchis - 2021

Abstract

Las personas para desarrollarnos en nuestra sociedad requerimos satisfacer ciertas necesidades, lo cual hace que tengamos que buscar una fuente de ingresos económicos, tanto para nuestro sustento como para el sustento de nuestras familias; Por tanto, los discapacitados no son una excepción, lo cual ha generado la necesidad de que durante nuestra historia se elaboren medidas y/o estrategias para su inserción laboral y desarrollo de capacidades, así tenemos la “Ley General de la Persona con Discapacidad - Ley N° 29973” e instituciones encargas de velar la atención y respeto de derechos de las personas con discapacidad, como la “OMAPED” (Oficina Municipal de Atención a la Persona con Discapacidad). Por tanto, el objetivo de este estudio es determinar cuánto de eficaz es la “Ley 29973” para las personas registradas en el OMAPED sede Canchis – 2021, mediante encuesta y cuestionarios.

Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine to what extent Law 29973 is effective for persons with disabilities registered in the OMAPED of Canchis - 2021, For this we use the survey as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument.
