dc.description.abstract | La investigación titulada “IMPACTO DE UNA INTERVENCIÓN EDUCATIVA EN
EL CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE PREVENCIÓN DE ANEMIA EN MADRES DE
NIÑOS MENORES DE 05 AÑOS, PUESTO DE SALUD HUARO – CUSCO
2023”.
OBJETIVO: fue determinar el impacto de una intervención educativa en el
conocimiento sobre prevención de anemia en las madres de niños menores de
05 años, Puesto de Salud Huaro – Cusco 2023. Metodología: fue de tipo
cuantitativo tuvo un alcance explicativo de diseño cuasi-experimental y
longitudinal; la muestra consideró a 130 madres de niños menores de 05 años
del Puesto de Salud Huaro, quienes cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión, la
técnica empleada fue una encuesta y como instrumento se utilizó un
cuestionario que fue aplicado antes y después de la intervención educativa.
RESULTADOS: El 43,8% de las madres tienen de 31 a 40 años, 67,7% son
convivientes, 40,8% tienen dos hijos, 58,5% tienen nivel secundario, 50,0% son
amas de casa, 70,0% habla quechua y castellano, 76,2% gana menos o igual a
1000 soles. Respeto al nivel de conocimiento de las madres en el pre-test 7,7%
tenía un nivel conocimiento bueno y el 73,1% un conocimiento malo, en el post
test 70,0% tiene un nivel de conocimiento bueno y el 1,5% un conocimiento
malo, evidenciándose una mejora en un 62.3%. El impacto positivo de la
intervención educativa en el conocimiento de las madres sobre la prevención de
la anemia se halló a través de la prueba estadística t de Student evidenciando
una diferencia de medias estadísticamente significativa (t=-25,425 y p= 0,000) en
el pre-test y post-test, concluyendo que la intervención educativa tuvo un
impacto positivo en el conocimiento de las madres sobre la prevención de
anemia en niños menores de 05 años. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | OBJECTIVE: was to determine the impact of an educational intervention on the
knowledge about anemia prevention in mothers of children under 05 years old,
Huaro Health Post - Cusco 2023. Methodology: it was quantitative and had an
explanatory scope of quasi-experimental and longitudinal design; the sample
included 130 mothers of children under 05 years of age from the Huaro Health
Post, who met the inclusion criteria, the technique used was a survey and a
questionnaire was used as an instrument that was applied before and after the
educational intervention.
RESULTS: 43.8% of the mothers were between 31 and 40 years of age, 67.7%
were cohabiting, 40.8% had two children, 58.5% had secondary education,
50.0% were housewives, 70.0% spoke Quechua and Spanish, 76.2% earned
less than or equal to 1000 soles. Regarding the mothers' level of knowledge, in
the pre-test 7.7% had a good level of knowledge and 73.1% had poor knowledge;
in the post-test 70.0% had a good level of knowledge and 1.5% had poor
knowledge, showing an improvement of 62.3%. The positive impact of the
educational intervention on mothers' knowledge of anemia prevention was found
