Satisfacción sobre el control de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres de niños menores de 5 años, Centro de Salud de Chinchero – Cusco 2023

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación: “Satisfacción sobre el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo en Madres de Niños Menores de 5 Años, Centro de Salud de Chinchero – Cusco 2023.” Tuvo como objetivo determinar la satisfacción sobre el control crecimiento y desarrollo en las madres de niños menores de 5 años del Centro de Salud de Chinchero; la metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, diseño no experimental y transversal, la muestra estuvo constituida por 107 madres de niños menores de 5 años, aplicando un cuestionario basado en el modelo SERVQUAL. Resultados: características generales, 54,2% tenían entre 31 a 40 años; 56,1% eran conviviente; 54,2% provienen de las comunidades de Chinchero; 60,7% tienen secundaria completa y 61,7% tienen de 1 a 2 hijos. Con respecto a la satisfacción en la dimensión elementos tangibles 51,4% estuvo insatisfecha y 49,6% satisfecho; en la dimensión fiabilidad 56,1% insatisfecha y 43,9% satisfecha; en la dimensión de capacidad de respuesta 24,3% insatisfecha y 75,7% satisfecha; en la dimensión seguridad 21,5% insatisfecha y 78,5% satisfecha; en la dimensión empatía 69,2% insatisfecha y 30,8% satisfecha. El 62,6% estuvo satisfecha con la atención en el servicio de Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo, 37,4% se mostró insatisfecha.

Regarding satisfaction in the tangible elements dimension, 51.4% were dissatisfied and 49.6% satisfied; in the reliability dimension, 56.1% were dissatisfied and 43.9% satisfied; in the responsiveness dimension, 24.3% were dissatisfied and 75.7% satisfied; in the assurance dimension, 21.5% were dissatisfied and 78.5% satisfied; in the empathy dimension, 69.2% were dissatisfied and 30.8% satisfied. 62.6% were satisfied with the care provided in the Growth and Development Control service, 37.4% were dissatisfied.
