dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo describir los servicios turísticos en la
empresa Perurail durante la emergencia por el COVID 19 Cusco 2021. Corresponde a una investigación de
nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo. La población está conformada por
los pasajeros que contrataron los servicios de los trenes Vistadome, Expedition, Local y Hiram Bingham
de la empresa Perurail Cusco; tomando como referencia una población no probabilística de 80 clientes.
Los resultados nos muestran que se presentan deficiencias durante la prestación de sus servicios
en los procesos de la empresa a consecuencia de las limitaciones del personal, escaso mantenimiento,
vulnerable sistema de bioseguridad, poca capacitación y manejo en situación de pandemia; dentro del
marco teórico es importante considerar que desde la perspectiva del Estado la existencia de los servicios
privados y públicos, estos se pueden observar en el servicio ferroviario y en la infraestructura pública
usada por la empresa; se concluye que las instalaciones turísticas son importantes en la presentación de
servicios que tiene la empresa que a consecuencia de la pandemia ha sufrido un deterioro y falta de
mantenimiento influyendo en la percepción del turista. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research work was to describe the tourist services in the Perurail Company
during the COVID 19 Cusco 2021 emergency. It corresponds to a descriptive level investigation, with a
non-experimental design and a quantitative approach. The population is made up of passengers who
contracted the services of the Vistadome, Expedition, Local and Hiram Bingham trains of the Perurail
Cusco company; taking as reference a non-probabilistic population of 80 clients.
The results show us that there are deficiencies during the provision of their services in the
company's processes as a result of the limitations of the personnel, little maintenance, vulnerable
biosecurity system, little training and management in a pandemic situation; within the theoretical
framework it is important to consider that from the perspective of the Government the existence of
private and public services and these can be observed within the rail service that is within our Region, the
investigation as it has been developed as a result of the pandemic within the theory of tourist services if
there is information, but not linked to the problems that arise as a result of Covid 19; It was concluded
that tourist facilities are important in the presentation of services that the company has, which as a result
of the pandemic has suffered deterioration and lack of maintenance, influencing the perception of the
