Métodos de contratación y la ejecución de gasto de la Municipal Distrital de Megantoni, año 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar de qué manera los métodos de contratación del Estado se relacionan con la ejecución de gasto de la Municipalidad Distrital de Megantoni, año 2021. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, alcance correlacional, diseño no experimental y tomó en consideración como población y muestra 258 contrataciones programadas por la Municipalidad Distrital de Megantoni para los diversos métodos de contratación. Para la recolección de datos se hizo uso del análisis documental como técnica y la ficha de análisis documental como instrumento. Los hallazgos principales revelan que la Municipalidad Distrital de Megantoni ha planificado en su PAC un total de 258 procesos por los diferentes métodos de contratación cuyo valor referencial fue de S/ 60,578,608.87. Por otro lado, la ejecución de gasto fue de S/ 33,102,351.68 con un total de 169 contrataciones en diferentes métodos de contratación. En conclusión, la investigación revela que existe relación significativa entre métodos de contratación con el Estado y la ejecución de gasto en la Municipalidad Distrital de Megantoni para el periodo 2021 (p = 0,000 < 0,05), esto implica que la elección de un método de contratación tiene relación en la ejecución de gasto.

The objective of this research was to: Determine the incidence of state contracting methods in the execution of expenses of the District Municipality of Megantoni, year 2021. The research was developed under a quantitative approach, correlational scope, non- experimental design and took into consideration as a population and shows the dataset of the selection process and the execution of expenditure of the District Municipality of Megantoni, year 2021. For data collection, documentary analysis was used as a technique and the documentary analysis sheet as an instrument. The main findings reveal that the District Municipality of Megantoni has planned a total of 258 processes for the different contracting methods whose referential value was S / 60578608.87. On the other hand, the execution of expenditure was S / 33,102,351.68 with a total of 169 contracts in different contracting methods. In conclusion, the research reveals that there is a significant incidence between contracting methods with the state and the execution of expenditure in the District Municipality of Megantoni for the period 2021 (p = 0.000 < 0.05), this implies that the choice of a contracting method has an impact on the execution of expenditure.
